I was surprised. It was pretty good. I liked the bread, not as hard and thick. Good service too.
2 hr wait for delivery at any given point. worst JJ in town. they should put it out of its misery
Usually this Jimmy Johns is pretty quick (Fast time to my office was like 12 minutes after hitting Submit on my order) and the food is generally good (though they never really seem to pay attention to the "cut in half" and "napkins" requests... Today however, I ordered one sandwich for delivery at 1:34pm. Its currently 2:20 and my order status is still "order received" I expect things to be a bit behind due to worker shortages but this is starting to feel like they're just not going to deliver my order at this point.

Very rude manager. Before he hung up the phone he whispered under his breath calling me out my name. I will be calling cooperate Monday morning.
Your new guy at the registar is already messing up. Unwelcoming as it gets and mumbles his words together. The people in the back however were cool and made a bomb sandwich. Props to them.
Tried their new Turkey Garden Sandwich. As usual, IT WAS YUMMMY. But I dare N?T get used to it because they ALWAYS take the REALLY TASTY ones away.As well as the staff interaction is relaxing, fun, & you can tell they like their job.
Just found out, even though I live within 5 minutes, I can't get get a delivery to my home any longer. I love Jimmy John's, but guess I won't be able to order anymore with these ridiculous new delivery policies.
