I was working one night and repeated the guys order to him 3 times. “Giant Jj Gargantuan?” He said yes each time but I’ve seen him before and know he wants a blt. So I finished his order and told him the sandwich. His friend calls 20 minutes later, outside our delivery zone asking for the food returned. I explained to her that I repeated the order to her friend and followed store policy. She wanted an apology because I was “getting fresh”- another store policy. I told her I would not because I work full time and attend school.
I placed an order at 11:01 still no food at 11:55 I have tried to call to cancel my order and they do not answer. I have been charged on my card for this and want my money back. According to the app it hasn’t even been made.
The food is Jimmy John's, meaning it's good. The delivery times at this location are terrible, often not arriving for hours after placed. And when you call to ask for updates, no one answers. Freaky slow.
The Jimmy Johns located at 43 E Green St. Has provided the worst experience I have ever seen in customer service. My order was out for delivery at 8:41 pm and here it is 2 hours later and my order still hasn’t arrived. Online states that the store closes at 12 am and it’s currently 11:17 pm and the store is already closed. I called at least 6 times and then went to the store and the young man kept saying we’re close we’re close instead of asking what the issue could be. Rude and inconsiderate not interested in spending my money again.

Do not acknowledge Uber orders, and don't answer the phone for you OR for Uber when you have questions about your order, and Uber doesn't even know what's going on. Overall, if I could leave 0 stars, I would.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a BLT and my fiancé got a #9. We got two incorrectly made sandwiches delivered to us. My fiances only had 2 slices of ham and cheese. So we got it delivered for the second time and it was wrong!!!! Manager said he would send it out again and it never came. Instead I got a refund. Manager was very rude and ignorant, called my fiance names and then hung up on us. I ended up ordering from the location on Kirby- great service and CORRECT FOOD!!!! Negative stars for this location if I could.
The food is high quality at a fair price. When going inside it's nice clean well lit with freindly smiling staff. However upon ordering delivery they are very slow (took almost an hour) and 1-3 times they will forget and order item such as drinks or cookies. This store is best going in and carry out an not so great with delivery.
