Grubhub delivered the wrong order and Jet's made it right. The pizza is very good and reasonably priced. I appreciated the mangers response to the delivery issue.
We ordered a small cauliflower “turbo crust” with pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, olives, and anchovies…and over an hour of waiting, received a small pizza with chicken, banana peppers, and onions. I get that we are *all* short staffed, but PLEASE pay attention to the orders. I won’t be ordering again.
First time eating at a Jets Pizza. The service was great. The pizza came out fresh and tasted delicious. I didn't care too much for the chicken bites because to me, they had too much breading on them. However, my step-daughter loved them. It's great to see some pizza places have not degraded to fake cheese to save cost. Jets pizza uses real mozzarella! The cost of our lunch was very reasonable. 8 slice Detroit cheese, order of 10 (maybe 12) chicken bites, 3 drinks and a chocolate chip cookie (pizza shaped) was under $40! We will return in the future. Thanks for such great service.
Ordered pizza take out. After 80 minutes with no pizza, I called the restaurant and requested that my order get changed from delivery to pickup. They said that there was a system problem and that my pizza order was delayed but was coming out of the oven now and that it would be ready when I got there. I drive there, wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone greeted me only to find out that my pizza was not ready but was “just now coming out of the oven”. The pizza was extremely greasy and the crust was hard. The staff had no sense of urgency and no apologetic attitude. They couldn’t care less if they severely inconvenienced me and my guests.
great pizza recommended. not a restaurant but if you like pizza you will en joy this one.
Pizza is always great. Employees are friendly when you can get one on the phone. Orders take 2 hours to be completed/delivered. Getting a live person on the phone is more rare than a Kardashian that doesn't have a surgery scheduled this week.
This was the last time I'm ordering this pizza. They forget the turbo crust every time. It's too bad because when the expectations were met in the past, we'd order at least twice a month. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight with turbo crust, not a drop of garlic butter or crumb of parmesan on either.
Ordered 70$ (After 20% tip) worth of stuff for delivery including extra sauces. Ive had jets pizza 100 times. The pizza was over cooked and there was hardly any pizza sauce on the pizza. They also forgot the extra sauces. This is unacceptable for something i paid 70$ for. I called them to see if i could get credited back because by the time the sauces got to my from the driver coming back my food would be cold. The lady kept me on hold for a few minutes just to tell me she couldnt credit me back for the sauces. I may have raised my voice a little but the lady had zero chill and told me “if you raise your voice any more im going to hang up”. I said “thats fine we’ll just not order jets pizza anymore”. She said good or something smartalicky. Moneys too tight to pay that much for bad quality. Its been a nice run jets but well not be back.Update: They charged the price for my order minus sauces and i havent been credited back for the first order ?Update again: Took several days but correct amount was charged and first amount sent back. Still wont be back. Ill get food where they get it right the first time and dont have bad attitudes when disgruntled customers raise their voice.
We ordered a BLT pizza . When we opened it we saw that the lettuce was wilted and not fresh . It’s like they went out to the dumpster in back and collected some for the pizza. It was disgusting . Will NEVER order from them again !
I ordered on Sunday, February 27, 2022 and the customer service was wonderful! I felt welcomed and definitely will be returning to the Springfield & Mattis location. My pizza looked beautiful and tasted amazing! I ordered online and it was fresh out of the oven by the time I came to pick it up at the designated time provided on the webpage and they were busy! Thank you to the Jets team for a great experience ♥️
