Workers have the nastiest attitudes and awful customer service. over charged me for an order because they were sooooo busy they couldn’t do their job right then hang up the phone when I call to tell them they need to refund me my money. Maybe if the manners and standards they were hired under were better there wouldn’t have been an issue but apparently just because they’re so busy they see that as an excuse to be disgusting towards their guests.
Raymond was so helpful tonight! He told us about a deal for our girls which made us happy and still gave our girls amazing Jersey Mike's to eat for dinner! We love Jersey Mike's and the men and women who work here!
It's a little confusing when you go in as you're told to go to the left at the "deli counter" to order but rarely is anyone close to the deli counter. When you order you are given a ticket that you must show when you get down to the register. And when your dlsandwich is being made, they ask you if you want it "Mike's way" and unless you perused the menu and caught it on the bottom of the last panel... "Mike's way" is with vinegar and oil. I had never had my subs this way.. but after having it. I ask for it at other sub shops! (JJ's and Subway) it's a nice place and I look forward to more sandwiches!
Great sandwich. Meat is freshly grilled. It’s a bit pricier than general sandwich but definitely worth it.
We love the food but it is never ready on time! We ordered 24 hours ahead for “catering” waited nearly a hour after pick up time. Another time ordered online and waited two hours after pick up time. The other times we let slide because the location had just opened up. But every single time is been 30 plus minutes over pick up time I’ve waited. Love the food but not reliable on timing.
Very tasty, a little high in price, but it's not a nice place to sit down, takeout is the best option. It's often so busy with online orders that it's hard to come in for a lunch break. The staff seems to really know what they're doing, but I feel like they could use an extra hand during the lunch rush for that reason. A bigger dining area would also solve some problems, but I dunno how they could possibly do that.
I have been a fan of this brand for years, even when they were in UofI campus town on green street. But this day was terible! Although I am giving a 4 star, it is because my issue was because of one employee in particular, not the entire staff. They have a new guy with thick glasses with more ego than can fit in an entire building. The manager repeatedly told him to stay at his station but he repeatedly left and went into the back. He was also repeatedly requested by the young man at the register to lable the sandwiches so that he knew what to ring up but never did. He made more confusion than necessary, took longer to make food than a sloth, and because of this there were more than 25 people in the lobby waiting for food. I even saw that there was an online order that was given to someone, incomplete, that incomplete order was given out by that guy. I love this place and the staff, not including that man.
My family and I have gone to Jersey Mike's 3 times in the last month. The first time I had the Chicken Philly it was great. I went back a week later to get a Chicken Philly it was no words. It was the cold, soggy, untoasted bread that did it for me.How can bread be cold and soggy?? I just eat the meat and cheese. The chicken was good and the cheese was melted.My daughter said her turkey sandwich was good. I went again a few days later. I figure it was late, people are tired. Nope same thing. The Chicken Philly was the exact same way. Cold, soggy, untoasted bread. How can you make a hot sandwich and not toast the bread. Also I found a long black fake hair. My hair is short. I throw it away and said forget it. I am wasting my time or gas to go complain. My daughter said her turkey sandwich was good. I give up. Twice I have had gross food. I would give it a 2 stars for a daughter's food and customer service being ok.
tried it twice so far, first time i had the chicken philly and wasn’t a fan but stopped by for lunch yesterday and the steak philly was so good!! operations was a little confusing and management can improve but my sandwich was good. service was fast and staff was nice.
Ordered online. Food was ready at the time of pick-up. Sandwiches hot and made correctly. Very good!
