This place always delivers 5 star results!I love the choices and the extras... ice cream, buttercream..... snickerdoodles are hands down my favorite!
Absolutely delicious cookies!! The cookies are huge and taste like homemade cookies right out of the oven.
They didn’t even have any chocolate chip cookies and today is Mother’s Day.
Went with a craving to satisfy my late night ice cream urge and found more than I was looking for. I got my ice cream a wonderfully filled pint of butter pecan ice cream and a crazy cookie 'wich creation(that I put together) birthday cake cookie on one side with chocolate chip in the other side of moosetrack Ice cream in the middle. Wonderful creation that satisfied my late night craving.
Ordered at 10:30pm through the Insomnia website directly and my cookies simply never showed up!! You can’t get in touch with the store. When you call, you’re directed to a call center. I called around 11:10 and was told they only had one driver and he would be out shortly. Called again at 12:45am and was told the store closes in 10 mins and they can’t confirm if my order will get here. Wow, unacceptable. Hire more drivers (maybe start with paying them a living wage and you’ll attract employees, perhaps) or place a limit on deliveries since y’all literally can’t deliver. I did get a refund but sheesh.
Ordered for one of my coworkers. Because I was unable to answer the phone because I'm at work, they did not deliver the cookies and returned to the store. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told that someone from the local store would call me and send new cookies out. You cannot directly reach a person at the store which I think is ridiculous. Never received the cookies and can't get a hold of anyone for a refund.
Took about 2 hours to get my cookies after ordering them for delivery. When I called them to ask what was going on with the order they gave me excuses and then hung up on me. Bad customer service.
I don't know if this location is under new management or what the issue is but I am very disappointed in our last two visits and will not be returning.Last visit was when we picked my son up from U of I for Christmas break. The two older women behind the counter were flat out rude to us.We decided to try again tonight on our way home from dropping my son off for second semester. We were turned away and told we would have to order online and have it sent via GrubHub. We are on our way home so I asked what other option there is. We were told to go outside and order it online or call and order it and we can come back for it in 5-10 minutes or so.Luckily, there is another IC in Bloomington/Normal on our way home. I don't expect these issues there.
Went in on 1/10/2022 and the lady taken the orders at the register would put her phone down long enough to hear my order . Me thinking she heard it I go outside to wait the ten minutes until my cookies was ready I go back in she didn't hear what I ordered because she was to busy with her phone in her hand. Put the dang phone down and do your job. Literally was watching a movie at the register
Some of the absolute laziest employees I have encountered. An hour and a half til close and they refused to bake cookies. Just another drunk food spot that has no regard for their customers.
