Food was fresh and the service was polite and excellent. It did not take long to cook and be served. The custard was amazing as well. I would definitely return and try other items.
Great food, super super friendly and very accommodating!!!!! I was walking my doggo while waiting for my car repairs to be completed. I phoned them to place an order and explained I couldn't come inside to pick up my order due to having my dog with me. They offered to bring it out to their patio for me!!! Can't say it enough.... Super super friendly!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! THANK YOU!!!! ?
Like a midwest IN-N-OUTWe loved it! Was delicious. Makes steak and shake look like mc Donald's for steak burgers, Will be going here as my burger place for now on ?As a first time experience it was very good. Friendly. And clean.
Worst Chicago dog I’ve ever had.It was on Texas toast that was folded over!Go to Steak ‘n Shake insteadWhat’s the f is that?
Very clean restaurant! Very clean restrooms! Food is served fast and employees are friendly! I eat here every time I go to Costco! My whole family loves it!
We tried Freddy's for the 1st time after getting a gift certificate for the holidays. As a family of 6 with allergies, this restaurant is moderately priced but worth it! We tried several different things from the menu and everything was extremely well made! If you like burgers, fries, and milkshakes; this is a place you must try!
We greatly enjoyed the double burger meal. It came with burgers extending outside the bun and with an abundance of shoestring fries. The only thing that gave me trouble was the unsweetened tea dispenser. I believe it needs replacing which would cause it to have been 100 percent rather than a ninety nine. A sweet girl there did help me to get my cup of tea though.
We've often seen Freddy's but never thought to eat there. Searching for a tasty veggie burger on Google, and lo and behold - Freddy's popped up. The veggie black bean burger was really good, a tad dry, but aren't all black bean burgers? I would have preferred a touch of mayo over the sauce that was on it. Hubs really enjoyed the bacon and cheese double steak burger. Both burgers were a good size. The shoestring fries were the best fast food fries we've had in a long time and the cheese curds were really tasty and lightly coated, which was a welcome relief to other, heavily coated ones. Neither of us liked the "fry sauce" which came on the side, but that's just us.Updated to 5 stars because, well, the bean burger though a tad dry was better than any other fast food veggie burger I've have in a long, long time.
My family and I (3 total) went to pick up Freddy’s tonight and spent a total of around $35. We each had our own combo meal. We requested fry sauce, seasoning, and ketchup in the bag. The fry seasoning and ketchup was missing. Not a big deal. Since the inside of the restaurant is closed, we went through drive through and asked if someone could run the condiments out to us. No one did so I went up to the door and was let inside. I waited by the door and this young woman walked up and handed me a cup of air with fry seasoning lightly dusted on the bottom. I asked if we could get a few more since we had 3 people + 3 meals and she said “I don’t know if he’ll do that”. She went to the back and I heard a man say “More? Does she wanna pay for a whole bottle?”. Like first of all, rude. Second of all, this man acted like the seasoning came out of his paycheck? Is he hoarding the seasoning to take home at the end of his shift? It wasn’t even the full amount that typically comes in the little to-go packet. Maybe he was just on a weird power trip or didn’t realize I was there. Either way, 0/10 customer service. And I didn’t even get the ketchup.
Loud, messy place. Rude employees. Paper-thin patties. I'd guess my double steakburger might have had 3 Oz of meat on it. Worst chocolate shake I've ever had. First and only time I'll be visiting a Freddy's.
