Fazolis makes me want to run out in the middle of prospect and get hit by a car. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason! We ordered pizza breadsticks and chicken Alfredo. The breadsticks felt and tasted like eating a kitchen sponge. The pizza had a thick layer of grease that absorbed all of the all of the Parmesan cheese. The fettuccine noodles were like they just came out of the refrigerator! This place is absolutely awful! I will never step foot in this place again. Only reason this place gets one star is because the soda was halfway decent!
Asked me to pull up to wait for food from drive through waited 30 minutes attempted to walk inside to ask about the status of my meal and the doors were locked 2 hours before they close. Waited outside the drive up window in the rain to ask where my food was that I paid for and they said they were going to get it ready. 10 more minutes pass and they finally brought my food to my car and part of the order was missing. INSANE. Terrible service.
I will never come here again… very unprofessional and very rude service. I was as nice as I could possibly be towards them and all I get is glares..?? Probably because I’m white? I don’t know what the problem was, but this is exactly why people don’t give ✌?certain people✌?the respect they’re demanding for. Also my food was in box’s that looked like they were off the ground/all beat up, and just thrown into the bag like trash (plus my Caesar salad, the cheese was not even shredded.. had to do that myself). I can see why they only have 3.9 stars. If you want disrespect and your food thrown around, then this is definitely the place for you.
Dear Fazoli'sThis location is terrible. The people were nice and friendly. But everything else was horrible. The floor is sticky. The tables also sticky. The silverware had spots. The sodas tasted flat and/or old. The sweet tea tasted like it had an old smelly shoe in it. The breadstick was the only food that tasted ok. My food was Chicken Parmesan and for some reason it tasted like it was days old and a two year old cooked it. My mom had a meatball that she couldn't even eat the second one of the pair. The bathroom floor was also sticky. The handicapped stall is not big enough for a person with a wheel chair, barely big enough for a person with a walker. There was ants in the bathroom. The non-handicapped stall is not big enough for a person at all. This the last time I'm going to eat here. If I get food poisoning I know where I got it.Thanks
Ordered take out tonight. Went to pick it up and the food was piping hot—which is usually a good sign. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo w/grillled chicken, mushrooms, and broccoli.The bad:The Alfredo sauce was bland, the grilled chicken was spicy for some reason, and the buttery ‘garlic’ breadsticks were lacking just that.I ate it because I was hungry.The Good:The portions were huge, so my leftovers will be used to reseason it appropriately.
Amazing staff! Super nice and attentive to our needs when dinning in. We had the fettuccine Alfredo and baked ziti!! Came out fast and hot. I live by the Chicago suburbs and we used to have fazoli's out by us, but not anymore. I make it a priority to stop here whenever we are in central Illinois. And I always get a Family Dinner to take back home. I will say the breadstick were super oily but I guess that's just how they make em' now. 4/5
Fantastic pasta and fast service! We ordered at the counter and they brought our food to us. Unlimited breadsticks when you dine in. The bread sticks are amazing! There is a drive thru as well.
Billy was excellent. Courteous and attentive. My only concern was that though tasty, my lasagna portion was small. I don't think it was the restaurant's fault, as it fit the plate. I was envious of my table mate who ordered the chicken alfredo, as that serving was much larger
Place is absolutely disgusting and the older man at the cashier gave me such an attitude. Please don’t come here or order the food it terrible!
This location is trash! The staff is terrible and the food has become cheap cafeteria type food. Horrible service if they even answer the drive thru. For the price and low quality of food just go to.olive garden where you might pay just a few dollars more and have much better food and typically better service.
