Went for an early lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Service was great and the food had very good flavor compared to most of your typical Mexican restaurants. Would certainly choose here over most of the other options in the area. Had a large menu to choose from as well. Loved the burrito/beans/rice.
I'm not big on Mexican food until recently and I have no problem paying more if the food is good. But I have an issue with paying $100 during lunch for 4 adults and two small children like babies so they didn't eat much and all I had was one enchilada and that's it no rice no alcoholic drinks. And during lunch. I look at it as an very expensive Taco Bell. And personally I give Taco bell more stars than this. My advice dont volunteer to pay the check here and look for a coupon somewhere to use here.
We do Birthday celebrations at this Restaurant too ,My 4 children love this place ,now Adults ,love this place ,staff are Always Friendly & Professional .
I visit this place pretty regularly for lunch. They have fast service and good food. It’s reliable and tasty. I usually get cheesy chicken or the burrito.
Ordered only vegetables and rice and got horrible food poisoning. I'm sure it also didn't help that the vegetables were ruined by being cooked in oil and preaumably a lot of butter. Not sure why you'd ruin vegetables by sloshing them in fatty oil. But the fact I got food poisoning from food that had no meat in it is also a little concerning.
First time there the chicken steak and shrimp quesadilla was 15.00 but well worth it and no leftovers ate all of it
Always a great Mexican meal. Affordable lunch specials. Complimentary chips and salsa. Highly recommended
Now, I was told this was the best Mexican place to eat in Champaign. If so, I need to stop eating Mexican. The service was terrible, the food was cold and when management stepped in to fix the situation, it was worse. I simply will not go back again. Too much nonsense to put up with.
Thank you to the staff, friendly and helpful. We had catered trays for Christmas Eve dinner for 18. Chicken tacos, beef tacos, chicken burritos with cheese, lettuce and sauces on the side as requested. It made for an easy, tasty and enjoyable evening.
