Incredible customer service. The owner visited with me, wanted to make sure my drink was perfect and was so friendly!!
I never received half my order and store won't issue refund. Filing a chargeback and complaint with corporate office.

This is a far better location than on Prospect. Speedy service with a smile. The one on Prospect is a long wait and rude service.
Sat in a long line of cars for over 25 minutes. Finally get up to speaker to order. He says how can I help you. I tell him a hot French vanilla swirl cappuccino and 3 maple long John's. He said "we have no long johns" I said ok, a dozen glazed munchkins. He said "we have no munchkin" I said okay, how about just a dozen glazed donuts. He said "no. We have no donuts". We pulled off. You could of sent someone out to tell everyone in line that you sold out of donuts. You could have said on the speaker, I'm sorry we've sold out of donuts. I hadn't eaten DD in ages and this is exactly why. Forget DD, bring back Krispy Kreme.
I received a moldy sandwich today (9/18/21) around noon. We already had mediocre service when they made both our drinks wrong. Upon inspection of the meal when we got home, everything was barely warm and as soon as I flipped over my sandwich there’s straight up mold on it.I’m very understanding of being short staffed, as I have been in the industry for 12 years, but you can’t give people moldy food.
Overpriced. Trying to be Starbucks. Closed lobby due to not having employees. When I called they were rude and hung up on me for asking when lobby was open. Used to be a great place to go and hang out. No longer.
I have had a lot of bad experiences at this location. The staff is ALWAYS rude. I have gotten the wrong drinks before. And just today the lady at the drive thru wouldn’t take my change because there was a dog hair on my penny. It was ridiculous. I won’t be coming here anymore.
Food not as good as Applebee's. 3 stars
The Drive Thru person was rude. I was not given my straws. I am very upset the app did not allow me to customize my dozen doughnut order.
