This place is gross. We stopped on a road trip to get coffee and use the restroom. Soooo gross. The bathroom was worse than any gas station bathroom I’d ever been in. The location is sketchy and the drink was awful - nothing as good as my regular Dunkin.
Disgusting place. They messed up my order and I noticed when I got back to my hotel. I went back to the place to show my order was wrong. This nasty unsanitary man took them and put the donuts back in the case for other customers to get. I could have done anything to these donuts and he wants to resale them. Gross
I am here from out of town. I brought a large hot chocolate with whipped cream. The hot chocolate tasted watery and there was no wipped cream that I paid for. I tried calling ¹the Dunkin Donuts several times and there was no answer. It shows how there customers service is. This happened to me on to many occasions at different locations. I will never patronize Dunkin Donut's again. I will also delete the application. Very disappointing. The location is 1302 North Prospect, Champaign,IL. #156
Bummed they no longer have iced coffee "happy hours" but my order was right and they were pleasant.
This rating is for this exact location...They got my drive-thru order wrong. Didn't catch it until I got home. Ordered four donuts of particular types, got six of totally different types. Must've been someone else's order.Also, when did donuts get expensive? It's nuts!Finally, we got donuts at about 11:30 am, but they were already stale... I suspect they were actually day-old.Stick to the location on Neil st.
If you want a day old, or maybe two day old donut at 8:00 in the morning then this is the place for you. I haven’t gotten a donut that has tasted like it was made the same day at this location in years
Thankfully this isn’t the only location in Champaign, but hopefully the others aren’t owned by the same rude and cheap/stingy Indian family as this one. This is definitely one of the top 10 worst locations I’ve ever been to. I went into get my birthday drink today, and realized I didn’t get the email with the code, so I asked the girl at the window about it and all she kept telling me was she knew nothing about it. What she should’ve done was try to help me figure out how to get the code that they needed. Instead she simply brushed it off and ignored it so she didn’t have to give me a free drink. I also got the Valentines brownie batter heart-shaped donuts, and everyone of them had maybe half a teaspoon size amount of brownie batter in the middle. Also, i got a dozen donuts, and they all tasted like they were a day old. I was a store manager at a Dunkin’ Donuts for a few years before and I know how much filling is supposed to go into these donuts, and this, is not it.
Slow, Bad service, rude staff, day old donuts, cheap on the ingredients. How does this place have a 4.0 rating with all the bad reviews?
Their prices went up seems like just as much as Starbucks. But good cofee.
Only half the staff had masks on. My expensive latte came out with it not filled up— like 1/6 of the cup was empty, fill it with ice, milk or something. I asked for extra napkins and was given 2.
