The quality of the coffee you get depends on the mood of the workers on that day. I once got one of the best lattes I've had, but last week I got literal iced milk.

I just got a matcha from this location and barely any of the matcha powder was even mixed into the drink. i was one of 2 customers so the excuse that they’re busy doesn’t cut it. if i’m paying $6 for a drink that’s just milk and powder, i expect it to be done a little better. i’ve included a picture of how it looked AFTER stirring for a while

The staff is a bit slow, but very friendly. Their attention to detail is lacking, and one guy could not grasp that I was there for only one order, and not from other third party apps. Took a bit for them to find my order and finish the donut part of it, even tho had coffee ready, getting colder as I had to wait for them to figure out where the order was, but one employee used my phone to pull the donuts, once they confirmed same order in their system that was not printing out. Might just be a software issue they need to work out, help improve their efficiency, but check your orders before leaving, possible they are forgetting items due to their system only partially printing entire orders from online orders.They were very nice and friendly, only one guy had harder time figuring out what my issue was, and he seemed new, still learning system. I will update as I go in, report findings later

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but today I visited and the worker was texting the whole time that I was ordering. Then when he couldn’t remember my order he made me repeat it multiple times because he was still texting! And he ended up entering it in wrong so I didn’t get what I ordered either. It was really unprofessional and I don’t know how you could have the audacity to be texting the whole time while taking orders at the register.

I used to go here regularly but I am no longer going ever again. They stopped opening the in-doors without an explanation so the line is wrapped around the building every time. If you want to go inside, you can’t and will end up being behind 2-3 more people in line because there is no sign explaining the doors are locked. Furthermore, as of late the coffee always tastes stale like it’s been sitting out for a long time and they stop selling the entire menu at times without explanation, like today, I went to get my bagel sandwich. I waited in the long long line to get to the speaker and for the worker to tell me they aren’t selling food and that they don’t have the drink I want. While they proceeded to sell donuts to the customer in front of me in line. I have had way too many poor experiences to ever give my business to this dunkin’ again. I wish I could give half a star or even no stars because that is more accurate.

I had purchased a gift card earlier in the day and after leaving the store i noticed that it had a holiday symbol for a religious holiday that the gift card recipient does not celebrate. No worries, I went back and asked if the balance could be transferred to a different card without a religious holiday symbol. Unfortunately, they only had holiday themed cards at the time, which again, no worries, I’d be happy for one with a symbol for a holiday that the recipient does celebrate. The girl at the register asked one of her superiors if the transfer was possible and she was told that it was not possible. However, this girl at the register was extremely friendly, had fantastic customer service skills, and continued to try and find a way to transfer the balance. She had not been trained to do this on the register yet, and she was calm and nice and she ended up figuring it out on the fly. Throughout it all she was extremely cheerful and friendly. I wish I took her name so she could get credit for her great work, but she was working the register at this Green St. location at 10:40am and 11:00am on 10/12/2021

I ordered through doordash. The Dasher got there and then the store wouldn't fulfill the order, and wouldn't issue a refund when asked. Bad service and will definitely recommend you not visit or order from this location

I saw a little mosquito on a donut, so that was disgusting. I ask the guy on front desk and he said it was his friend and it was ok for it to be around the donuts.

Very bad experience at this location. I went in to buy the new pumpkin spice latte. When I enter this location it was one worker helping people through the drive up window. The one other lady was on the phone laughing and talking loud. No greeting when I enter restaurant. Another customer come in and we are just waiting to be helped. The worker on the phone went to the other side of the store and continued talking and laughing on the phone. When she was finished with her phone call she attempted to take my order but could not understand English very well. That’s totally fine I understand. Another worker come in the restaurant attempted to ask me what I needed. I asked him about the pumpkin spice latte. He went to fix ice cream so I thought he was waiting on someone else. When he was done he said is this all you order. I said I never order ice cream I am trying to order coffee. He said you asked for Jamocha almond fudge. At this point I am totally done because he did not understand what I was ordering and made ice cream. He was upset when I told him I only wanted coffee. I was exhausted at this time trying to make them understand. I usually go to this restaurant and order coffee every other day. I never encountered this with the workers in the morning. Very bad experience.
