First time here absolutely enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service will definitely be back
The chips and salsa were teslly good. They give you a smooth and a chunky salsa . Both were good . The cheese dip with chorizo was also very good .I ordered the chorizo Pollo. Chicken and chorizo with cheese sauce on it . Very good . Chicken was cooked well .Food came out super quick and the waiter was exceptional
Their lunch portions are big enough to take leftovers home. Our waiter was meh which is why only 4 stars. Exemplary customer service brings customers back and is a big factor on the amount of tip you get. I did tip him but he could've received a better tip had he acted like he wanted to be there that day and provide better CS.
Love love love this place. Awesome staff and some of the best margaritas in town. Favorite dish is the Acapulco.
Yesterday, I stopped to gas up while my wife checked on line for a place for lunch. She said the place across the street had good reviews. We have been to A LOT of Mexican restaurants. Within a out 10 bites, she said it was the best Mexican food she'd ever had. Neither of us could finish. I had ahe carnitas dinner, she had something with five enchiatas(?). They even give you two kinds of dip for the chips. Great food, service, and price. We talked to a couple leaving at the same time. The man said this might have been the first time he did not need to take leftover. You really need to try this place. The only thing is that the traffic is busy on Prospect.
Great place for really good Mexican cuisine! The service was attentive and thorough. The food - portions were generous and flavorful. We had a combination of things pork, tacos, "the Acapulco" a kind of mixed plate, and the guacamole (this was more of an avocado dip than traditional guacamole). We went during lunch on a Sunday and it was relatively full. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the early spring sunshine. Their margarita was tasty too. Great place outside of downtown Champaign.

We are new in town and wanted Mexican. The atmosphere was very nice. We got seated immediately. Light Latin music playing in the background. The servers were all dressed in bleach white button down shirts with black bottoms. Very professional. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Now the food was delicious. Huge serving, I ordered the fajita burrito and my husband ordered fajita tacos. The plates were generous with the meat. Food was seasoned to perfection. Our neighboring table was serenaded with happy birthday song sung in Spanish by the wait staff. We will definitely be back.
Excellent food and delicious Margaritas! Our chips came with 2 different salsas, that were both yummy. Our server, Pedro, was very attentive and the food was delivered extremely quickly! A great experience!
