I’m absolutely done with this location and the company in general. I attempted an order several months ago which the Domino’s app accepted and after waiting, saw the order was canceled without any contact. Tonight we tried again, waited 90min before calling to check on the status of the order, which while I was on the call, the tracker updated to “in the oven” and then out of the oven “in quality check”. I was told the order is hot and ready and it will be delivered soon. After 2.5hr from my order, I called back and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I will never order here again.
The last 3 times I've tried to order from here, I show up at the time my pizza is said will be done. I mark I'm there. I try to call, no answer and I'm on hold for 30+ minutes while it continues to say "x started prepping your order 30+ minutes ago". And everytime when I finally get through to someone, they tell me it hasn't been started and will be another 30 minutes and they always offer to cancel the order in a way that sounds like they want me to cancel to make it easier on them. The time before last the manager insulted me after I told them it was frustrating that there was 0 communication about how long it would take. I'd take the sketchiest taco bell over this dominoes any day of the week at this point. 0/10
They Cancel my order and couldn’t even answer the phone to tell me why will never order from that Domino’s again
Pizza is always hot and fresh when I order from this store. Never had my order made incorrectly. Always right the first time and on time. So delicious!
Based on an online order and in person pick up:Ordered pizza here a day or two ago online and went for pick up. It was near 9 pm when it was done and the lobby doors were locked. Nowhere online does it say their lobby closes at 9. Please be clear about you lobby hours, etc. online.Also, hire more drivers or reduce your delivery radius—no one want an hour+ wait on their order.
I ordered a medium hand tossed supreme pizza and a medium cali chicken thin crust pizza. The medium hand tossed crust was not cooked long enough hence when u pick up a slice it automatically dropes down and the toppings fall off . He crust was kinda wet and oily it needed more time to cook but u can tell they were rushing them threw the oven.. Not happy ☹
HORRIBLE Service. I placed an order online and they waited until just 10 minutes before the food was supposed to be delivered to cancel it out. I called in about this and told them that this happened and the gentleman who answered told me that they didn't have delivery drivers and that they assumed I didn't want the food anymore... After I told them that this was not the case the gentleman just hung up on me.
RUN AWAY.They take orders. They don't actually make any food. They don't answer their phones when you call to get a refund. The corporate office will not do anything to help you get a refund, or respond to the numerous complaints.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
Second time in a row didn’t get what I ordered online and store was unwilling to do anything to make it right, even though I called immediately after arriving home. Granted it was close to closing, but abs apology and offer of a future credit would have been appropriate. Customer service and food quality seem to be decking at this location. I have been a loyal customer and I am disappointed.
It took well over 2 hours to get my food then had to drive to the store to get my food where I Had to wait another almost 20 mins. Their customer service is trash and each employee that was working was rude and still got my order wrong very poor service and management . A store that definitely needs to be looked at for better employees and maybe management I would never eat or order from here again and definitely make sure I tell everyone I know do not order or use their services…. If I could give zero. Stars I would…. Very disappointed
