Very very very bad customer service do not order here manager:Trenton Fuller is a very bad manager he should be fired…I called because I ordered my food at 9:00 pm and when I called it was 11:03 pm I spoke to a employee and he told me the wait for my food would be another 45 minutes to a hour as I was trying to speak the employee began to talk over me saying would you like to speak to my manger I said yes. Manager gets on the phone I said your employee told me I would have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for my food and the mangers processed to say yes we are low staffed and I said ok and as I began to tell him this is a often occurrence at this location he began to speak over me and I told him hold on please don’t speak over me and he processed to speak overlong me saying I’m going to cancel your order and I said no I don’t want to cancel my order and he told me in his very own words“ I DONT NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY” really the worst I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning and I’m going to form a huge complaint on him and I’m making sure he gets fired. For a manger to even speak to a customer like that is disgusting, it doesn’t matter what a customer says which I didn’t get disrespectful untill he said what he said to me, he shouldn’t have even said what he said
We were passing through on our way home to Minnesota, thought ordering pizza would be a quick and easy dinner for our 3 young kids as we are staying in a nearby hotel for the night. Wow, we couldn't have been more wrong! Ordered the pizza online, it's been over an HOUR and still no pizza delivery. My husband called the store to check if they'd even started the order because we were going to cancel at this point. Whoever answered the phone couldn't even tell us if the order EXISTED! ? come on people, seriously?! Don't waste your time ordering domino's! If I could leave less than 1 star I would! I should also mention since we've ordered, we ordered from 2 different restaurants and have already received and ate...
Ordered at 10pm last night, called roughly 3 times until it arrived at 1am with the wrong pizzas and when I called the delivery driver he said it wasn’t his fault and hung up. Called today to discuss the wrong food being delivered for the woman to say she didn’t have authorization to help me. At least the breadsticks were good
I placed my order at 11:47 pm. I made a note on the order to give me a call UPON arrival. Two hours later this person called me said they dropped it off a while ago and wasn't able to give me a call. They said it was dropped off at the first floor. I went around the whole apartment complex and did not find any orders. How hard it is to deliver to my door? Or how hard is it to give me a call when you guys actually arrive. Their number can't even be called back.
Fast delivery, wrong order, uncooked pizza. Pizza was half raw dough. Wings had sauce squirted across the top. Sat on hold for over 50 minutes still no answer.
Be careful of this driver called Nina, she would lie about forgetting to give a call when the order is delivered and the order being delivered a while ago. But didn't move a single inch on the tracking map. The order was never delivered!
I placed a order and my ETA was 35min to 40 min. And I waited for an hour and I called and they said it’ll take 60min to 1hr 30 min longer so I called again to check and they cancelled my order and hung up in my face and extremely rude. It doesn’t take 2 hours to make a simple pizza. On a slow Sunday.
Very rude Answer the phone as if it was a house phone hung up on me twice spoke with manager offered $20 credit ordered food wings was not cooked manager gave me attitude telling me they have newbread on their wings wings not complete calling corporate they need to be shut down told bc it was free throw them out if I don’t like them
Absolutely INCOMPETENT. An hour after placing my order they up and cancel it. I call and get put on five minutes hold to have them tell me they don't have a driver to deliver it. Would have been nice to know that up front!!! You guys are a joke. First and last time I ever do business with Dominos.
Came here to pick up the pan pizza Friday afternoon, only took about 10 minutes to make. Love the smile of the staff, and the pizza was amazing! Didn’t add extra cheese but look at this! Definitely recommend if you pick up your order here.
