This chipotle is honestly the worst location every time you’re going to want to avoid it. It’s ghetto and they just don’t care about anything.. and if you think ordering online or through a delivery app will be quicker think again…. You’ll go in there and it will take you an hour before you walk out with your single burrito order. You’ll wait 30 minutes or more for them to make it then once it’s made it’ll take 30 minutes for them to actually hand it to you even if you tell them the name on your order 5 different times. Super slow and they’ll just act like you don’t exist. It’s been this way for a long time and it doesn’t get any better.. and they might tell you that you can only pay for your food with exact change. delivery drivers you’ll want to avoid this place as well no point in getting paid $3 to wait an hour for the food then have the customer made at you because it’s cold and took over an hour. Aside from the horrible service they’re just rude and don’t make you feel welcome at all and most likely won’t make you’re order correctly or will be out of things. The service is probably better at Neil Street McDonald’s honestly.

The last two times we considered ordering from this restaurant they were out of several items. We ate here yesterday and ordered a salad. After selecting what items to put on the salad we got to the cashier to pay. The cashier said they were out of salad dressing. It sure would have been nice if the first person taking our order in line would have told us that…. Furthermore, they did nothing to fix it. Didn’t even offer to make us something else or comp our soft drinks or anything. They took our money and had to eat the salad with no dressing. By reading other reviews I sense others have had the same poor service and experience. We’re definitely not purchasing another meal from this Chipotle ever again. I can understand the current supply chain shortages for not having certain products for being an excuse but this experience was clearly due to poor management, training, and staff communication.

I haven't been to this location in awhile. But, this time the staff seemed bothered for me to be there, and inconvenienced when I asked for something. They were out of chips, which I thought was strange. They also were out of corn? Again this was strange to me at dinner time not having a major thing like chips. The staff also didn't seem happy to be there, and when asked a question, they said they would check and walked in slow motion. It was so depressing. I have been to other locations and not had this experience

Have gone to this several times in the last month. First time, we ordered from the app. Got there at pickup time. They hadn't started order yet. People in line got their order before those waiting for app orders. Waited 20 minutes beyond pick up time. Next time, they were out of meat and would not have anymore made for an hour. This last time, we got there and the person taking orders told us they could only take on line orders. Quality is very poor.

I don't know what to say about this restaurant. the first time I went they didn't have any bell peppers and onions. the second time I went they didn't have bell peppers or onions don't have cheese and they don't have sour cream. the staff is Young you don't know which one is the manager. it's always filthy where they chop up everything at. the grill is super black like they don't clean it so meat taste burnt. whoever is the supervisor, boss manager or the owner of this store really is not doing their job. I feel like high school kids is running their store.. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER THE KIDS THAT WORK THEIR DO A GOOD JOB AS GREETING THE CUSTOMERS NEED MORE TRAINING

Staff was lazy and disrespectful. I visited 2 times in 2 weeks and both times they could not manage to complete a full order due to supplies not being ordered. First visit they were out of salad, guacamole and had no forks or straws. The second visit they were out of flour tortillas, salad dressing, and said they were out of cilantro but when I was at checkout I mentioned that I also had cilantro the lady went and got some. The first lady I asked looked at her and giggled and said "I told him we were out" Not to mention the cleanliness of the establishment was under par due to food mess all over counters and used rubber gloves covering the floor. Chipotle is a good place to eat if someone knew how to operate a food service. Someone or many has dropped the ball here.

Went for dinner last week around 5pm. Stood in line for almost 10 minutes before other customers, not employees, told all of us that they were told that no in person orders would be taken for 20 minutes.Went a few days later to see if it was a fluke and nope. Stood in line for 5 minutes with 5 people ahead of me and not one employee came to take orders. Used to love coming here but this place has really gone downhill

Albeit the food being tasty (( besides the chips, those were really dry ))The service is terrible. Very slow. The store is also run very badly, always running out of food and lack of stocking in the front. The amount of actual food they give you is abysmal as well. Usually when you order at chipotle the Burritos you get are very fat, but one I got was LEGO sized. Where another chipotle will give you a full scoop of food, this one will give you half a scoop. All of these issues are really easy to fix, so I do hope they do!

Went in for dinner. Was told by patrons no it staff that it was online ordering only. After ordering we were given a probable ready time. After 45 Minutes we finally were given our order covered in foil. When opening the order each of the orders were wrong. They were missing half of the ingredients and what was there was less than the normal amount when we asked for double. This is the second time at this restaurant we had a terrible experience. Go to the Campus location. I have been in a line of 30 people and have gotten out in less than 10 min. Never go to the chipotle on Anthony. Terrible service, cold food and orders not correct

I'm an oddity. This was my first experience with Chipolte. I had take-out. The experience did not live up to my expectations at all.Ordering online was easy and the menu has a good selection which is why I gave them 2-stars.When I went to pick up my order at the designated time, there was a line of customers placing orders. They were getting a lot of attention and the workers behind the counter seemed to be working very hard. However, there was a rack where the pick-up orders were supposed to be picked up by those who had ordered. There were only two bags on that rack. The number of pick-up customers increased until someone behind the counter asked if we needed help. That individual then doled out packages of food that were on a table behind the counter. I wasted 10 minutes not knowing one of those packages was mine. Then, I checked my order. My wife ordered a steak and guacamole taco. From what I could tell I received that. I ordered quesadillas with beans, sour cream, tomatillo-green chili salsa, and guacamole. I checked my quesadillas and there was no guacamole. I the staff gave me a side of guacamole. The store did not have packaged to go utensils - only a bowl of plastic forks for everyone's grubby hands to touch. When I got to my hotel room 5 minutes away, my wife's taco was cold. It was mostly a guacamole and pico taco with a little steak. I was very disappointed in the size of my quesadilla and the portions of the sides. All in all, Chipolte failed to live up to all the hype. I doubt I will ever be a return customer.
