I just think nobody there knows how to roll a burrito. Every time I order a burrito it's squished into a ball shape where everything comes out the sides and when you unwrap it at home it comes out more like a taco where everything is coming out of the top and you really can't eat it without a knife and fork and on a plate outside of the tortilla. And this happens consistently. It's just ridiculous and I end up paying for a bunch of slop.
Got overcharged for guac that I didn't have in my bowl.Went back to the store and got a full refund.Cashier told me that the bowl had guac written on it so that's why he charged me for the guac. There were nothing written on the lid of the bowl, which indicated that he just assumed what I had and charged me based on his assumptions. Very weird and fraudulent.They kept trying to save their money and ask if I wanted to just get the water that I purchased or if they can take off the guac from the transaction.I have already told them that I don't want it...I had to repeat myself 3 times. The manager can't listen.
Mostly consistent in quality (not great but better than many other places), quantity, and taste. A lot depends on who’s serving you and preparing your bowl/burrito. Staff is generally very friendly otherwise.
Found a beetle crawling in my burrito bowl I ordered online. I was already halfway through the bowl when it crawled out from under the lettuce, and I was utterly disgusted. The staff offered to remake my bowl but I did not want another bowl that probably had more bugs in it. Disgusting and unsanitary.
I never leave reviews but this was AWFUL. Would never recommend ordering online from this Chipotle. Most pathetic looking bowls I’ve ever received from a Chipotle. I don’t understand how workers hand their orders out looking like this. I would rate this a 0 if it were possible
I love Chipotle’s food but the poor amount of lettuce, steak, and veggies was ridiculous . I paid 30.00 for this including the GrubHub deliver fee and tip. I paid xtra for double steak. I called to get help and no one answers the phone to take care of customers. I’m very disappointed and it will be a long time before I return.
Ordered a burritto bowl and while a worker was making my bowl they cut their hand. They made a me a new bowl and changed their gloves, but when I was eating the bowl I found part of the worker's old glove in my bowl. This is beyond disgusting and totally unsaniatry since the cut drew blood and the glove had contact with the person's blood. Will never be eating here again and will defitently share this story with anyone who talks about ordering chipotle from this location.
I got hungry in class so I ordered a burrito on my Chipotle app. I set it to pickup after my class, 1 o’clock. Man, was I excited. But when I arrived, my burrito was nowhere to be seen. Apparently, they had given my burrito away to someone else with the same name as me. I sat there and asked myself, “How is this possible? How could this be? Especially since I put my first AND last name in my order.”Anyway, I’m sitting there for another ten minutes before my new burrito comes out. I was patient. I didn’t ask for any free stuff to compensate my wait. I was a good customer. I thought it couldn’t get worse. But alas, the disappointment strikes again.Not only did I wait for them to make me a new burrito, but once they did, they made it completely incorrectly. Wrong meat, no lettuce or cheese. I didn’t even get the queso they I paid $1.30 for.Nonetheless, I will give this team credit. This was the first time here that I’ve ever been served warm food.If you want my honest opinion, I’d rather risk eating at one of the dining halls than eating at this Chipotle.Never again.
I ordered a bowl and they forgot the rice. It’s literally just meat and toppings. They also forgot my chips and queso. Chipotle is expensive af and this is what the give me? I tried to contact customer service to get a new bowl. They only offered my chips and queso. What is this????? I am never shopping with chipotle again!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I’d give chipotle -10.
This place always messes up with my order, when ordered online or using the App. Sometimes they forget to put salsa, some time they give you entirely different order.Especially, I would suggest people who do not eat meat or just eat chicken (like me) to check your order thoroughly before you start eating.
