This was my worst restaurant experience in my life. I try to be a very positive person, a look at my reviews will show you they tend to be glowing. But, I can't think of a single positive thing about this meal. The service was terrible, our party was crammed into a table between two other parties when there was an open and larger table across the aisle that wouldn't require our child seat to spend the whole dinner on the floor. The orders were wrong, the food was subpar, the drink service was non-existent.I still gave the waitress a 20% tip because they need to eat, but this was NOT the profession for her.
We went right around 5pm for an early dinner. We got right in and our food was out VERY quickly. However, as we were eating, a lot of people came in and the wait time seemed to be getting longer and longer. Some people were obviously very frustrated that there were so many empty tables, but such a long wait.
The waitress Mandy was amazingly nice. The food was minimal portions and just okay. For some reason my one kid likes to go there. I do not. Next time I'm really going to try not to go there
Didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for host, Waiter was awesome and punctual. Food was great and presentable. Groovy baby *Austin powers voice*
I just walked into this location just before 1:30. The hostess ignored me but immediately seated a couple who walked in behind me, despite having seen me walk in first. I did not appreciate being ignored like that.
Considering the job market and it's fluctuations, it's hard to scrutinize any staff too much because I know it's hard to be short staffed or new. That being said, the meal was mediocre and the drinks (alcoholic) were subpar. I didn't finish mine. The non alcoholic home made lemonade was amazing! The staff seemed overwhelmed and frantic.We were taken to a table that hadn't been cleaned and had to wait for it to be cleaned, that's okay, I just didn't understand how it happened. Our server was as attentive as she could be considering how many tables she was clearly assigned. They have a kiosk for ordering but it doesn't work. Overall, if you are craving Chili's specifically yeah you should go. I'd recommend somewhere else personally.
Great food choices, though on this visit a chicken salad entree ordered came out cold and soggy. They redid it quickly, thankfully. Refill on bottomless chips and salsa never came. Nor did a drink refill. Otherwise okay.
Went on a Saturday. It was super busy. I think they were a bit under staffed like everyone else is these days. The food was ok. Despite being understaffed and busy our waitress was great.

My wife and I ate here last night and it was excellent. Our server his name was Connor I do believe was great! He was friendly, and all around a great server. We will definitely be coming back here. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I definitely would!! Also Michael Scott from the office love this place so bonus points?
