Jasmine was quick and friendly while taking our order, and we received our order very quickly. This restaurant is smaller than many Chick-fil-A locations but isn't quite as crowded. Our salads were cold and our chicken was hot. I'd recommend this spot to anyone passing through the area.Vegetarian options: The salads can be ordered without chicken, and the waffle fries and parfait are good options as well.Kid-friendliness: Play place and kids' meals available.Parking: Somewhat small parking lot but not crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options and precautions are available on request. Unlike any other CFA I have been too in many different states & cities. Refused to give me a few extra strawberries & some blue cheese crumbles on my salad because they couldn't figure out how to charge me extra for them. I have never been to another CFA that has ever tried to charge extra for those things. Bible verse on receipt is "A good name is better to be chosen than great riches". Does not seem to match up with them trying to charge for everything little thing. Also, when I tried to reach the store operator, I was told that he won't interact with customers. REALLY?! Never seen a CFA that didn't go above & beyond, but this one certainly didn't.
A great first time for my wife. We asked the employee what she would choose and it was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. She was very impressed. A bit spicy but paired with the Polynesian Sauce, it'll neutralize the spiciness!
Amazing. The sauce is awesome. Lots of staff to get you through the ordering process quickly. When we went today it wasn't that busy. Most of the time it is so expect a wait, even in the drive thru when the line can stretch all the way back towards Meijer.Parking: Lots of parking space. You might have to park in Meijer parking when it's busy because it does get absolutely Chockers at times.
The food is ALWAYS GREAT! The service is second to none! My one request is that they allow the workers to receive tips... Beautiful company.
Five star experience. Friendly staff, clean tables, great tasting food. Higher prices than other fast food, but worth the extra.
It's Chick-fil-A, what else is there to say? I have yet to have a bad meal here. Always hot and delicious, love the friendly staff, never grumpy or in a bad mood. No arguing with customers or each other. Love it!! Thank you Champaign Chick-fil-A!
Typically quick service. Order is always right. I always order through the app and pickup to avoid long lines. they make your order when you arrive so it's not cold.
Not a whole lot of variety in the menu. However, the offered items on the menu are pretty good. I think the salads are a decent choice for a semi healthy fast food meal.
I mean, it's Chick-Fil-A, the customer service is beyond this world and they work swftly. The drive thru lanes can get a bit backed up, but they move so fast you don't mind the wait time. I can honestly say I haven't had an issue with my food being incorrect and I'm always serviced with a smile. Who would pass this type of service up? Great food, great people!
