I walked into the store at 20:30, December 19th. There was only one guy working at the counter. And when I tried to order some stuff, he was busy with the ordering screen and yelled at me “wait a second, could YOU WAIT A SECOND?” with a loud voice and angry face. There was no other customer before or after me, and I was doing nothing except trying to get my order placed. I don’t know why he was so angry at me. I’ve came to Bene for more than 20 times since September and I really love the bubble tea and honey bread, but I’ve never been treated like this before.
Drinks and food are decent, but SO overpriced sometimes. Paid literally $5 for a frappe made with powder and ice and they said whipped cream is EXTRA/an up-charge. Whipped cream????? Starbucks is cheaper and includes whipped cream. ?
Good frappe! Wish they'd add whipped cream but it's really good. Nice atmosphere, open late ?
Poor service at their Green St branch. Cappuccino and Frappe both were average.
Overall is okay. But as of 08/07/2021, they didn't turn the AC on or something. It's freaking hot.
I ordered a bingsu, cashier charge me the largest size which was $15, I was distracted and didn’t realize until I’d already sweat my card and the cashier mention the total. the bongs I itself had almost no fruit, I was expecting a mango sorbet with it. I instead got vanilla when I asked if it could be something ele like one of the surveys , I was told it was too late, I would’ve appreciated i’m asking what flavor of gelato I wanted since they didn’t have the mango, or at least putting it on the side since I mentioned I didn’t like vanilla. All I know I felt like I wasted $15. This is not something I would order or try to order from them again. Too expensive, their cheese pepperoni sandwich on the other hand is very good I wish I had ordered that instead

Colde brew is great and the last time I went there they played Animal Crossing music for an hour, then some lofi study music. Dunno why I've been sleeping on this place but it's definitely my new study spot
great place to study or catch up with a friend! a little pricey but worth if you're spending long hours there. also, the matcha latte is too sweet.
