I just ordered $30 worth of food through DoorDash. There wasn’t a long wait, or anything for it to get to me either. I ordered 5 chicken tenders and french fries with mozzarella cheese sticks. However, the fries are so cold, you can tell that they’ve definitely been sitting for at least an hour. The chicken tenders are also cold hard and chewy, which means they’ve been sitting for at least an hour as well. On top of that I only received 3 chicken tenders not 5, which is a huge price difference. And while the mozzarella cheese sticks themselves we’re sort of OK, I only received 4 of them, not the typical amount that I’m supposed to receive especially for $10. I don’t know what it is with restaurants, but ever since all these delivery apps popped up, restaurants tend to think that because customers ordering online and aren’t there in person to complain about the quality or missing food, then they can get away with it. Although it could just be a Champaign area issue, because I have ordered seven times with DoorDash from different places since May, and every single time my food has either been missing items or just been completely wrong every single time.
Tots were fantastic, our service was great. The burger was a little overcooked the first time, but they remade the food and ensured that we were satisfied with the second plate. Great service, good food. Hannah, our bartender/server and Tyler the manager at the time, exceeded my expectations of customer service.
The service was amazing Misty was our server and she was just so sweet and awesome. Our Food came very quickly and was so delicious, we got cheese curd appetizers along with a Clasic Chicken Wrap (grilled) and 20 boneless wings, was so good and filling have enough for lunch tomorrow for both me and my partner
Ridiculous! This don’t even deserve 1 star. This deserve what lies beneath the ocean. This is unacceptable. Mac and cheese almost $5 for it to taste like overcooked Alfredo out of a frozen dinner. AND the chicken, Asked for Parmesan garlic, had no sauce on it. Almost like they got the left overs off someone else plate and rinsed it under water! I will not be returning . This isn’t the first time. But this is the worse. I’m not even gonna call to speak to a manager. Not worth it…
My husband ordered the Southern chicken sandwich, and it was served to him fried on the outside but literally raw, cold and slimy on the inside. The manager offered to bring another one but we didn’t want anything else. They apologized but really didn’t seem that surprised about the raw chicken. The service wasn’t bad and the rest of our food was good. But it’ll be a long time until we come back, and we question how safe the kitchen is.
Food was actually better than most BWW I have been to but service was absolutely terrible. Got to see the waitress about every 20 minutes, couldn’t get silverware, and got quite the attitude when I asked the manager for a beer because she was nowhere to be found.
I just don't understand why people eat here. For a place called Buffalo Wild Wings, their Buffalo sauce is boring and their wings aren't crispy OR juicy. The sauces are one-note at best. No depth to the flavor and whoever designed the jerk sauce has never had good jerk food before. The burgers are ok, but an absolute mess. The service is fine.
Went with my wife and brother around 6:00, and waited for about 10 minutes before we just walked out. There's a sign on the door telling you to wait to be seated, but there's no host or manager in sight to sit people. There were about 3 servers and 2 bartenders that just looked at us and another group of people waiting to be seated. Never got acknowledged that we were there. Oh and the place wasn't even busy. Adding the bar and tables, the place wasn't even a quarter full. Kind of sad that both this location and savoy has lazy managers that you can't see.
We came in for lunch and an Illinois game on a Saturday around 11am. The hostess and server were both very nice. The service was great and the best part of our experience. We ordered 30 boneless wings and some cheese fries. The fries were hot and very good. The wings however were luke warm at best. We ate a few and just asked for a box. They will be good once we go home and heat them up. Not sure how this happens as the fries were really hot. Very disappointedUPDATE: I emailed them like they said below and they offered me a $10 gift card for $36 worth of cold wings.........what a joke
4/5 stars only due to inconsistency. One week you go and the staff are best described as a dumpster fire. Wait a few weeks and go back and completely changed atmosphere. Not sure if it’s due to rotating management or if upper management has commitment issues with great restaurant management/staff, but it’s cyclical and dates back to the early ‘00’s when I moved to the area.
