The food was very good. Ordered half pound w 4 buns. Pint of slaw n pint of potato salad. The slaw is vinegar based. 7/10. The potato salad I would say is close to an Amish variety 8/10. The sauces were a little limited for mg tastes. You are only given one individual container per customer. Which, given the 7-10 flavors offered leaves you wondering if there could have been more to it. My wife chose the Dr. Pepper and I had the mild. I'm a fan of sweet but a little spicy and given both of these things beauty when I combined them I was pretty impressed, again, leaving me to wonder if any of the other choices would have satisfied my pallet more. The restaurant was very clean, the restrooms were very clean, the outside seating area was maintained nicely and kept clean as well. There is no wifi at this joint but the ac is running nice n cool on these hot summer days. The drinks are of the self serve fountain type and a hefty size cup is given. All together the above mentioned meal for 2 came out to just shy of $40 which gave us a small sandwich to go home with and just enough slaw and salad to wet the whistle while chowing down on lunch the next day. The customer service was satisfactory. The prices a tad bit higher than i would have thought but, really does seem ya get what ya pay for n they add up on that account. 8/10
We really enjoyed eating in this small restaurant. There was no wait due to being between lunch and dinner. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was good but the variety of sauces at the sauce bar were outstanding! Our table each got a variety of sauces and we shared them. They sell the sauces to take home too.I have the brisket and turkey platter with potato salad, corn bread, and regular mac n cheese. It was good all but the potato salad was amazing. The pulled pork sandwiches were a hit with my family, as was the brisket. The chipotle mac n cheese was great according to my two boys.My two favorite sauces were the Pineapple Horseradish and Cherry Cayenne. My boys loved the Dr. Pepper, Mango Habenero, and the Grilled Peach Chipotle. My father enjoyed the mild in his sandwich.I will be returning to the local favorite the next time I am in town. The food was quality and tasted great. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was great. The restaurant was clean. Try it out.
Go here about once a week. Good size portions of meat and the homemade sides are amazing. The kicker that sets Bobos apart are the original bbq sauces. I reccomend the Dr Pepper or cherry cayenne. Would reccomend to others.
I was referred here by a friend/business associate. Let me tell you it doesn't disappoint. My 1st time, I went through the drive through- got a brisket sandwich, Mac-n-Cheese and baked beans with a piece of cornbread. The brisket was the best I've had in town and I tried the mild and hot sauces and both delicious as well. I will definitely return as it's not only one of the tastiest, but great value when comparing to some other eateries. I'm also excited after reading other reviews to go back and try the Cherry Chipotle and Dr. Pepper sauces.
The beef brisket and polish sausage are sooo good. The Mac n cheese is a bit disappointing tho.
Always enjoy eating at Bobo's. The dining area could be larger but it gives it a small town feel.I had the Pulled Pork Plate with fries, and potato salad. Had a couple buns added to the plate so I could make sandwiches. Had more than enough pork for 2 sandwiches.I normally get the "Hot" BBQ sauce but got the "Cherry Cayenne" today. The cherry flavor was amazing. I ended up buying a pint of the sauce to take home.
Really good bbq at fair prices. Service was quick and friendly. Food was hit and tasty. Resturaunt was clean. This has definitely become my go to bbq place in town.
Pulled pork sandwiches here are amazing!! Their brisket meat is awesome, too. Best BBQ place in town.
I just had this place for the first time at a holiday party, and I have NEVER had brisket more tender and juicy. I will be ordering for myself VERY soon!
Food was not good. The worst BBQ I’ve ever tasted. The meat seemed boiled or something. Would not recommend.
