Easily the worst boba I've ever had, and I came back twice to give them the benefit of the doubt. The fact that it's simultaneously the most expensive boba I've ever had (more than NYC) is mind-blowing. If your number one priority is an aesthetically pleasing picture then maybe it's worth it.
We always love Bearology. It's little on the expensive side, but the drinks and ambience are great.
It was nice inside. The jars the drinks come in are very cute. The drinks we chose tasted ok. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. If we come back again, we'll definitely try a different flavor.
Loved my mango boba smoothie! Good place to write a paper too, the music selection is nice.
This was my first visit. Very clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The Thai tea with Boba was delicious. The jar that the tea was served is was so neat! Will definitely stop by again!
The tea was absolutely wonderful and I didn't have to wait long. The inside was also very clean and all of the staff wore masks properly. I would definitely visit again!
Very cute and quiet atmosphere. Nice employees. Flavorful drink menu. I liked their drink cups. They're made with glass and you can purchase a reusable metal straw that is big enough for boba. If you bring back your original glass you can receive 10% discount. They also have loyalty cards available and without those discounts are already reasonably priced.
Excellent boba and beverages! I got the black sesame smoothie which was fantastic. Drinks come in a glass mason jar and you can buy metal straws to also help decrease your plastic waste!
The woman working today 9/5 is excellent. Everyone there is cool but she was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Not a fan. I've tried many places in Chicago and this place is just gimicky and overpriced. We basically each (7 of us) tried a different flavor and we all had the same conclusion about this place. Not worth the moneyWe waited 40mins for fresh Boba to go with our milk tea and it was just mediocre
