Wonderful service! Our company orders monthly staff luncheons from White Cottage several times a year and our most recent experience went above and beyond. The manager came in early to make our order as it was a day of shorten service due to the pandemic and personally delivered our order. Every single pizza looked perfect and arrived hot and ready to serve! Absolutely wonderful!
SADLY - disappointed in the quantity of the food vs prices. I have ordered for years & just seems with everything going up- prices go up and now we seem to get less food. Becareful ordering appetizers- ordered bruschetta & it only came with 3 pieces of thin sliced bread. Called about the portions considering I was having a party & the manager only laughed at me about 8.50 bruschetta & 3 pieces of bread. Pizza is now a large at 14 inches - the side of a personal pizza. Family owned & I love to support community & small business. But need to be more professional & take care of your long time customers. Will not be back!!!!
Came in for dine in. Best pizza in the area for sure. Jonny our server was very welcoming and accommodating. I’ll definitely be going back
Friendly staff and tasty pizza. One thing I found weird was a service fee to use a credit card. That may be typical but I never saw it itemized before by other pizza restaurants.
They have great pizza and an extensive menu. Just the right amount of grease. You don't feel dirty afterwards.

Placed an order over the phone after viewing their website. Ordered 4 burgers and they heard nothing of what I said when ordering. Fries were missing burgers made wrong. Oh and the online prices are cash prices. They sneak in a "service fee" if you pay via debit card. $60 for 4 burgers and 2 fries is just insane. They claim they have coupons but you can never use them on anything. Very overpriced and honestly not worth it.
White Cottage in Hanover Park has the BEST pizza in our area, hands down!! It's just me and my hubby, but I order a jumbo and we enjoy it for 2-3 days. It heats up perfectly in the microwave! They have a great menu with sandwiches and salads and really delicious desserts!! If you haven't already enjoyed White Cottage, don't wait!! They are sooo good!!
Friends had a party. Ordered pizza and it was delicious. I would recommend there pizza. Wish I lived closer I would order for me.
Ordered for the 1st time.. Even mentioned 1st time, said hey do you have any coupons?... NO... ok well I see one online will that work? NO needs to be printed. Ok I can print it... NO needs to be an original.. Not the greatest 1st impressions. Then called saying couldn't find the place (took wrong address when ordered), we were waiting in front of house. Pizza was cold and cheeze sticks were hard.
