please add an option for no sauces on Uber eats/doordash, I called the store since there was no option and they they couldn’t fix my food, I gave the them the name on the order and what was included and what I would like to be changed.
Truthfully this is the closest Wendy's to us. But it's not the closest fast food. Whenever I need fast food I go here. Everything is always cooked right. Wendy's fries have now become my favorite fries. This location fries are always hot and salted reasonably. The staff is nice and quick. And they aren't too stingy with ketchup packets if you ask for some.
I bought a Caesar chicken salad, and the grilled chicken was burnt, not edible at all. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to take it back, tossed it in the garbage where it belonged.
By far the worst wendy's location. I go through the drive-thru and place my normal $50+ order to get home and see we are missing things. Do I return with my receipt and tell them then situation. That I was missing a complete meal, 10 nuggets and large chili with cheese and onions. And the people working at this location on February 7th at 715pm threw a while onion in the chili, because they were mad that they could not read and complete an order of this size. Should not be in customers service, especially if they can not handle the difficulties of the fast food world! Extremely poor management and ownership.
The food is fresh and tasty and the workers are so kind I love going their.
Has the best breakfast and I mean always fresh always friendly service. My kid is 3 and she only like Wendy's breakfast from here. I'd give ten starts to the mananent cause I know they are always short staffed and they always pull threw with the most fire breakfast.
Their new fries are garbage. Tastes like they have no salt on them whatsoever. I ordered a burger with just cheese and I had to go back in the drive thru twice for them to correct it.
Stop by here Sunday at 8:30 in the morning and I was a little bit disappointed that the dining room wasn't open but I went through the drive-thru. They had two breakfast sandwiches for a dollar each so I bought four of them and wow that was the most breakfast food I've ever gotten in my life for under five bucks? the drive-through person was friendly and my only complaint was that the dining room wasn't open and they don't have free Wi-Fi at this location. I definitely really enjoyed the food and I was very full?
I ordered their new french frys and expected something new. I expected thick and moist and tasty frys. These frys are common, small and almost tasteless.nothing new no better than McDonald's. A rip off
Very good service. The gentleman that always calls me seniorita is pleasant and quick and always gets my order right!!
