This restaurant is located inside a gas station. I ordered a blue cheese burger medium. They cooked the burger to a bone dry well. I ordered an extra patty for $2.50 per menu but was charged $3. However, bacon was cooked well and vegetables were fresh. The over cooked burger patties and overcharged has me not coming back. Check out the pictures below for proof.
Whatever your concept is of "gas station food," throw it out the window, and do yourself a favor and go check out Urban Counter. It's a fullblown restaurant with some of the JUCIEST (not greasy!) burgers I have ever had. They also serve breakfast all day, and don't even get me started on trying to describe the awesomeness of their breakfast burrito! Everything is custom made to order right in front of you while you wait. The guys who work there take a lot of pride in serving up fresh and tasty food. I only wish they were open later in the evening so I could go there for my late-night cravings. Nice variety and good prices. Definitely a hidden gem!
Worst sandwich I’ve ever had! Next to no tuna on the tuna sandwich. The sweet potato fries looked good, but were barely even cooked. Which meant I couldn’t eat them at all. avoid this place at all costs! Terrible customer service too! They still had 30 minutes to be open for lunch. The guy at the window tells me they already started cleaning their grill, so I couldn’t order any hamburgers. Who runs a place like this? I wish I could get my money back!
Chicken sandwich was burnt to hell, Fries were embarrassingly soggy and on top of that 2 large fries for $5 = 1 mcdonalds medium fry, shredded cheese on the dogs were disgusting, onions were cold, I kinda knew the service I was gonna get just by how the 2 dudes working there looked, you can tell that they dont want to be there and for $19 I learned to stay away, 1st time is my last. ✌
They're a hidden gem. ? Great quality burgers ? made fresh. Great salads! ? Great fresh food when you're on the go.
Normally they are extremely consistent. Just made a large order and notated the names of each Individual person per item and when we received it we were missing a burrito, on top of that nothing was labeled(with names) and none of the Breakfast sandwiches were labeled at all.Delicious but this made my morning EXTREMELY needlessly frustrating.(UPDATE) We placed* another large order and everything was perfectly labeled and notes were read perfectly ?. We will definitely be ordering more often and thank you for taking my prior review to heart. It is appreciated!((Update Update)) Forgot to mention it was deliciouas usual! Thanks again!
Was here on July 24th at 1:30 pm. The guy working the entire restaurant was professional cheerful and I could tell was working hard to take care of all the customers. He said Corp doesn’t do tip jars so I’m throwing my two cents here and saying he needs a raise!
Amazing food! Great service.
Really tasty food for a reasonable price. Seems off-putting since this place is attached to a convenience store, but I was happy with everything we ordered. That being said, timing is not their forte. My burger came out at least 10 minutes before my mom's Chicago dog. All in all, a good lunch spot if you're nearby.
