So i come here almost everyday omw to work. Everyone is usually great. Every once in a blue moon ill get a drink that tastes off but its all good because they remake it.So today, sat 5.14.22. 730pm.i got a coffee drink that taste really off. I parked and went in and politely asked them to remake my $8 drink. So the tall dark skinned girl with short black hair takes my drink that i already drank out of and says "dont worry, ill remake it" and turns around and dumps it in the blender. Then back in my cup. Turns back around and says "here you go have a nice night." The skinny white guy working the drive thru stayed back smirking at me.Needless to say it still taste real weird and wasnt even the color of the drink i ordered which i dont want to say because then theyll know who i am.
I was just there and I needed a suggestion for a hot tea and they were so kind and suggested something I really liked. I didn’t get the name of the workers but the girl at the window was so kind
Recommend drive thru if it's not busy.
My barista was Alex AN HANDS DOWN SHE IS THE SWEETNESS MOST AMAZING PERSON IVE EVER MET!it doesn’t mean much to anyone else but get coffee with out anyone being extra rude to anyone. Best experience yet wish I had been able to tip her more money!
I hardly ever have an unpleasant experience with the employees no matter what the situation is. Always friendly and always willing to help if there’s an issue. Wonderful customer service.
Never have complained anywhere, but worst white chocolate mocha I’ve ever had. It tasted like a water downed hot chocolate.Great customer service though!!!

I enjoy a good Starbucks and this one is perfectly adequate, but they don't seem to carry hazelnut and their chai lattes are always watery from not allowing the chai to steep longer before they add milk. The last time I ordered a hot chocolate, it tasted both watery and super bitter, so I guess their hot chocolates are extra dark chocolate and not made with milk?
