I asked for xtra sauce on my pizza and was charged $3.99 extra. Pizza did not have extra sauce on it. It was Dry and over cooked! I ordered a eggplant parm for my wife and got a eggplant parm with meat sauce on it and it was supposed to be red sauce not meat sauce. She's a vegetarian so she didn't eat it. I was told by a manager that I would receive a phone call to resolve the issue but never did. It really stinks because I really liked them and have ordered from them before, but not getting back to customers when they have issues with the product is unexceptable.
