So sad :/Promised my 5 year old a pizza/soda party with her favorite pizza!Our order was missing her pizza and drink. When I called (after waiting 15mins) I explained situation. No apology just said we can credit you or you can’t wait. I explained it was my kids meal and id wait. Meanwhile she said we have an order going out that way we can make it fresh, I said ok! Then she said wait we are checking if driver has… I heard her on the phone with him… meanwhile I was hung up on. I called back waited 15mins again, explained what happened & the woman I spoke to said “actually we have too many orders and 1 driver so it would be 2-3 hours” no apology… I said that was disappointing that I guess I’d take credit she still wasn’t apologetic and just asked for phone number. All over a personal pan pizza and cherry pepsi…!
Ordered before closing, received a confirmation and never received my pizzas..when we called, no one answered bc they were closed and the app still said they were making our pizzas 90min after.
I've been coming to this pizza hut location since 2016 and they have never let me down my friends and family love me ordering from this location because the food is always delicious and on time and even when delivered its always on time... love the rewards program. Keep it up team !
DO NOT COME HERE!Pronto’s pizza in Glendale Heights puts this place to shame, as well as others around. I have waited well over 30-60 minutes EXTRA for my orders. The manager does not know what she is doing and is careless. Moretti’s, V&V Paesano, Sarpino’s, and Sir Nick’s are all superior.
The food arrived in a timely manner and was fresh. Driver was polite and followed the delivery instructions to the letter
Called and order two pizzas tonight. Was told it would arrive in 35 minutes. Waited over an hour. Tried to contact the store and the phone line said the store is closed. Check their hours and they are still open for another hour. Last time I’ll ever call them.
I was picking up my order just a couple minutes ago and when I got to the register, only one of the workers were wearing a mask and everyone else was maskless meanwhile we’re still in a pandemic and the omicron variant has been recently announced. It made me uncomfortable but I didn’t want to say anything at first because usually, I’m not good with confrontation so the fact that the majority of the workers decide to be irresponsible by not complying to COVID safety laws and not worrying about their customers’ safety is disappointing and unfortunate.
Awesome team of workers inside the Pizza Hut. They make it great each time. You can also tell they work really hard during busy times on the weekend. :)
Man. The GM of this location should be ashamed with their lack of communication, food product and delivery. I can’t understand how a delivery pizza joint failed so poorly when competitors have far exceeded “pizza” hut.Order was 45 minutes late. No worries, I get it, places get slammed and backed up. Did they call to let me know? Nope.Pizza finally arrived, ice cold. No joke, the ambient temperature in my house way warmer than the pizza.Tried to call the location 7-times to inform them of the issue. Never got connected to a live person. Every time it rang until the system hung up.Dominos is killing it compared to this level of “service”. Never again “pizza” hut of carol stream.
Pizza was really good, would liked the boneless Buffalo wings to be mixed in its sauce a bit better. Once we brought the container home, it was a little difficult to mix the sauce that was almost cold and at the bottom with the breaded wings.The Pizza Hut guy was out with our curbside order the second we parked so I appreciate the promptness.
