Ordered extra bacon on my pizza and was charged for it. When I got home it was discovered there was barely any bacon it.I called 8 times and each time was disconnected. You call the local number which goes to a call center in India. 8 times I called and 8 times I was told by Pizza Hut that I was being connected to the store manager. 7 rings then click.Pizza Hut wants to sell pizzas, poor quality with no ownership to their poor quality.Better off trying Domino's.
I will not order from this location again. The pizza I ordered was dry and the crust was super stale, I could not even eat it. They also charged me for the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with the pizza! Something is definitely wrong with this location. Every other location I have gone to has always had good pizza, and they always put 2 marinara sauces in the box. Management needs to investigate and fire whoever is making these stale cold pizzas.

My order was an hour and a half late. Pizza Hut corporate customer service says they can’t give my money back and only the store can do that. I’ve called the store multiple times and have never been able to get ahold of anyone. Don’t go here. In fact, don’t ever order from any Pizza Hut again. Not only is this location terrible, the entire corporate team is a joke. They don’t care about their customers.
I have order two medium pizza with Green Paper, Black olive and Jalapenos but they give me with sweet paper. I have called resturant 3 time and no one pick up phone. I have called pizza order hot line and they transfer but no one pickup phone call. I have to order pizza from dominos and throw away pizza hut pizza. My wife was too mad becasue it was super bowl day. I would not use this location any more.
Hot and tasted great. Plus delivery driver was normal and polite.
Don't go here. Don't order from here. Why add your store to delivery apps if you're just going to cancel every order. If you try ordering on the website it'll be at least 2 hours if they even bother to make your food. How is this place still in business? Absolute tragedy. Avoid at all costs.
This location is a joke …. They claim to open a 2pm and it’s 2:24pm and all the lights are still off. I recommend to head over the other carol stream location. This place is not run properly… 0 stars
Ordered at 6pm, it's 9pm now. Been 'Out for Delivery' for over 45 minutes for a 9 minute drive. They closed down their telephone lines at 9pm so conveniently. Pizza arrived, wasn't even luke warm and sides were room temp and hardened. Driver never even said anything, should have never gotten a tip either. This place should be shut down and sold to someone competent. Won't be ordering from these losers again.
Our pizzas were cold and the crusts were not cooked enough. Our wing sauce spilled all over one pizza making it even more soggy. Breadsticks were tough. We were very disappointed in our meal.
