This review is a little personal to me. I've went there ever since they opened in 2015 to enjoy their "Monster Slice" of pizza. The reason as to why I stopped going there is because of the raising of prices. You used to be able to get a big ol' slice of pizza with fries and a drink for $5.95. Since I haven't gone there since 2019; I think it jumped up to $6 or $7 par my last visit. Don't get me wrong, if you're a frequent visitor of that establishment, the owner will throw in free items like they have done to me. It's a decent place with friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, but the raise in price cut out the convince of it.
By far the best amazing service I’ve had in Carol Stream I can’t explain how nice it is to hear somebody’s nice voice even during the pandemic large monster slices with cheese fries and a drink when you’re super hungry come here the sauce is boss I got to give it to the man Papa Ray he’s really extremely extra ordinary I’m so happy that this place is in town and I hope they stay in business for ever
Phoned ahead here for pick-up. Got there, paid, and then was told "we accidentally gave your order to someone else." Since I wasn't able to wait there while the order was remade, I was told they'd deliver, for free, in ten minutes. When the order was finally delivered, WELL OVER AN HOUR LATER, the drinks that were part of a combo order were missing. That, and the delivery driver wouldn't get out of the vehicle to complete the delivery, we had to go outside to get it. We'd be stupid to order from there again unless they offer a refund or a reorder for free. But the best they'll do is say they'll try to learn from their mistake, IF they bother to reply at all.
The worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered half cheese half sausage. I paid $30.00 + for this horrible pizza. The crust was undercooked, I can’t state enough how our $30.00 buck pizza we pretty much put a match to our money. Never order from you again and I hope no one else wastes their Mooney on you!!!!!!!!!!
THE BEST Pizza place in Carol Stream. Home of the Monster Slice, classic cheese and fries type of place, the people that work here are amazing and nice, the drivers are hard earned workers. Taste of fries and cheese and sauce is amazing, including the cheese.
This is the worst pizza I ever had they told me my order would be here in a hour and 30 mins it took 2 hours in 30 mins just to have a burned pizza and cold. I called the next morning for a refund because I didn’t eat it they offered store credit no refund and when I asked to speak to a manger she hung up on meWould not recommend
I live just down the street from this place. The service is absolutely horrific and the pizza is sub-par at best. Just go to Rosati's instead, it's extremely close-by. Don't believe these other generic reviews. Every time I go to this place because I'm too lazy to make food myself, it's never worth it.
We've been going here for over 5 years now. It's my favorite pizza place. But the quality has been declining and they almost always got our order wrong. We took it in stride because we understand accidents happen. But tonight, I received my pizza and it was so severely undercooked, it looked like it had been throw in a microwave. When I arrived to pick up my replacement, 5 minutes after the alotted time, I'm told it'll be 2 to 3 minutes and it ends up being more like 10. Every customer in the store had a similar story. Sad to say, I will not be going back. Also, no body was wearing masks and neither was their delivery driver.
The food here has always been very inconsistent, even with that I would buy their wings in the hopes I would get a good batch. I called today and for 16 wings they wanted over $ 27.00 1.65 a wing citing a wing shortage. Give me a break, Costco and Wingstop,bulldogs are doing just fine with their chickens. This place has gone downhill strong avoid. Unless you want to be taken to the cleaners by then. This place was for sale maybe this is the new management. Either case I'll check back after I see the store closed for business sign.
Their breadsticks are the best breadsticks I have ever had in my life. The garlic sauce is unreal and the breadsticks are stuffed with cheese
