EDIT: They helped me out with no issues whatsoever, got what I ordered made correctly, and like everything else from this place; it was absolutely fantastic. One of my favorite places around.sually I never have issues with this place. But yesterday, I ordered a double dough pizza and specified extra pizza sauce. The pizza did not have any sauce on it whatsoever. I hope they can help me out.
We ordered a16" thin crust "Works" pizza to get a 12" cheese pizza free. (Great coupons) First of all, we were happy that they were open on Memorial Day. We had plans to grill but due to a plumbing emergency found ourselves in need of dinner. Marcianos to the rescue! As always the pizza was very good. The crust is nice the sauce is always just right the cheese was wonderful and plenty of meat. The only thing we felt there wasn't enough of was mushroom. A bit of the bacon was concentrated in the center of the pizza rather than spread around making a couple of pieces a bit salty but overall still a great pizza. The only other reason I gave it a four-star rather than a five star was that it seems a bit pricey. $34 for a pizza seems a little bit much. But then again maybe I’m just out of the loop. I don’t order them often. Staff are always friendly and our pizza was ready when we arrived to pick it up. We usually dine in and order meals rather than pizza. We have always had good meals and good service. The dinners are very reasonably priced and delicious.
Bought pizza for two of my work groups. Was delivered efficiently and was well priced. Multiple people from each group asked where it was from because it was delicious. Comments were about the sauce, the cheese and toppings and I personally enjoyed the bubbly thin crust. I wish they would have stapled a few menus to the box because there were lots of people asking for them!
The food was good, but the order was not correct, I asked for bread sticks with extra garlic butter on them and I got garlic bread that was stale. I asked for a beef on garlic bread and I got no garlic on that, my wife had a salad which was very good, but not way she wanted it. All in all the food was very good except the garlic bread. Only 4 stars because on the mix ups. Did not call back because I did not want to go back.
We haven’t had Macianos in a while and happened to get a flier in the mail so we decided to order. Glad we did! It was amazing! The driver was excellent too. He was friendly, delivered fast, and took great care of the order.Will be ordering again real soon!
Great pizza. Sausage, pepperoni, cheese, sauce awesome flavor! Would have been 5 stars but outside crust was super crunchy/over cooked. Will definitely order again when I’m in town.
We had been long time patrons of another pizzeria and after a bad customer service experience we looked for another place and decided to start ordering from Maciano’s. We really like their pizza, so we made a great choice there. After ordering food with no problems for a while, we had a bad experience with one of our orders, we called them and they fixed the issue right away for us, great customer service and great food!
