I like the Turkey Tom on the small sub bun. It is just the right size. It was fresh and yummy.
Apparently they just refuse orders for takeout when they have too many online orders.Couldn't imagine any smart owner allowing this.
This jimmy johns never stays open till the hours they have posted. Online says 8 pm. Some days they are closed by 6 some days 7. Today (Saturday) I went at 4 pm and it's all closed up. It's always random

6pm on a Friday and the store is closed with no postings... Is Jimmy John's a small local company with no corporate oversight or something?
I couldn't order online because the amount on my gift card was less than the order amount, and it didn't give me the option to pay for the rest of the order using another payment method. Avoid ordering from Jimmy Johns and go somewhere else for sandwiches.
I visited this Jimmy John's location today and encountered a wonderful manager, the kindest cashier and most perfect sandwich makers ever! Our order was fresh, and they were all efficient! The whole visit made my day! I highly recommend this location!
Tried to place an online order for delivery using a gift card as payment. The Jimmy Johns website wouldn't let me place the order because my order amount was more than the amount of the gift card. If I place an order for less than the amount on my gift card, then I won't be able to use the amount left on the gift card. How is your website ordering system not able to automatically handle gift cards in a way that is not a hassle for customers? I ended up having to throw out my gift card because it was useless, and I placed an order for the same food from Subway because their online ordering process is much easier to use.
The phone app said that the store was still open, so I placed an order for pickup. When I got to the store, the store was closed, even though the stated hours for the store showed that the store was open for another 90 minutes. Since I paid for my order through the phone app, I'm not going to get refunded for my order. I couldn't pickup my food and now I've lost my money.
Went in around 3:00 PM and they said they wereclosed. Doors were unlocked. Didn't even tell us why
