Oh boy! I forgot some of my order so I called and asked for my money back. A worker said they would credit my account. Fast forward I get a phone call five minutes later from the Jimmy Johns manager he did not leave me a name however he sounded very very young, proceeded to tell me no his driver did leave my entire order. I went back on my video camera to notice that he did not. I apologized to the manager saying sorry for the trouble however they did not and I can show you the camera. He told me no that’s fine and just hung up when I told him I had a camera. Probably wouldn’t call customers insinuating that they are liars. Shop somewhere else terrible customer service!

Thanks Jimmy John's (being sarcastic)for making me very deathly ill.Ordered tuna sandwich and had hidden onions in tuna. I am deadly allergic to onions.I get this sandwich at work from Jimmy John's in Geneva and absolutely delicious! Hey Army Trail store, is that why all of you are just standing around behind the counter. Never, Never ordering from you again. This store needs help, lots of help.Thank goodness they forgot to put any decent amount of tuna in the sandwich. You need lessons from the Geneva store.

I rarely go to Jimmy Johns (only a fan of the bread). Decided to try the limited time roast beef with blue cheese crumbles. Give it a hard pass. Not worth it with so many other better options close by.
I'll never go there!! I ordered veggie sandwich, and I got one HAM sliced in my sandwich. I'm 100 percent vegetarian and I got meat in my sandwich?? Please take a step!!! And give training to the employees.

only one one or two slice of roast beef on sandwich barely like i paid to eat bread! and i called spoke with manager his attitude was awful wow wow but honest w you i don’t see any manager cuz i was inside to order and take foods home to ate w my family i only see three young boys! will never go there ever again omg
