the best acai bowl i've ever tasted! highly recommend
This is a great healthy place for teas, shakes, waffles and bowls. The staff is always friendly and my order always taste amazing. The low calorie shakes are my favorite and there are so many I want to try. There is always parking right on front and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order. Highly recommended!
The place it’s good for groups have different areas to seat. I had Churro flavor shake with protein. So delicious and it’s a big cup. Paid around $8+tax. Love the name and atmosphere. And the owners very friendly and charismatic.
Cute little place! Reminds me of some of the shake/tea places out in Cali. Good vibe in there, nice seating areas, chic decor.The macros for all these shakes are amazing. 25g protein, 10g sugar, 18 carbs. For the health conscious person - this is your new spot.They've got really tasty flavors. The churro shake is a cinnamony sweet treat without all the extra sugar. My fiance got the fruity pebbles, and of course is was fantastic.The protein waffles with the fresh strawberries were *chefs kiss*
My son and I went there for the first time today. Very welcoming. I had the immunity tea, very delicious; and my son had the birthday cake shake.. which he also loved. Will definitely be going back
My daughter and I were in the area today and stopped in for a treat. Wow, I was seriously so impressed by the quality and taste of my mango bowl! It was so yummy and amazing! My daughter’s bowl was also beautiful and delicious! Everyone there was genuine and nice! Will definitely be back!

Im hooked to this place. I workout at the gym next to Empower and I like to have something quick and filling. When I found out about Empower, I had to check it out and now I know I don’t have to worry about forgetting. Y protein shakes. The one thing I can’t get over is the quality and taste of the shakes! Worth every penny!
