Went to this location yesterday. We ordered at the drive thru, someone took our order on the machine and didnt even tell us our total, just told us to drive up to the window. Went to the window and just waited their, and waited until we realized that noone was coming. We even honked and noone came. Wondering what they were doing inside that made them so busy as to not be doing their job. Never coming here again. Dont want to ever eat from a place that is doing whatever they were doing.
Stopped by yesterday and they had the lobby closed. Most employees sitting on the counter just stared as we tried to open the door. No sign of it being closed so we went through the drive thru where a girl in a black crop top and sweat pants took our order with the most annoyed attitude. Our drinks were also extremely sweet.
Poor customer service. Long wait. Unprofessional. I go in the AM on the weekdays and there’s a girl who has really long lashes and a bad lace front and she gives dirty looks at the window in the background, it’s kinda uncomfortable and she drinks coffee at the window. Like who does that ?
I stopped getting Dunkin’ for several reasons, one of which was the inconsistency of my orders at this location & another was because of the lack of positive interactions I have with staff. They also never give me my receipt either & make it seem like an inconvenience when I ask for it. Today’s experience reminded me why I stopped going to Dunkin’ by not getting the customizations on my order & the chocolate croissant being dry.
Lady on the intercom was rude, rushed us, and could hardly speak English. The wake up wraps were gross, overcooked yet cold, and not on the usual tortilla. Never usually go to this dunkin and won't ever again. Absolutely awful. We were in and out of the line quick which I thought was nice but I see why it was so fast now. Staff is too worried about their timer and don't care about the product. Annoying.
this place needs to get new employees or a new manager . Every single time I go with my family they try to rush our order and THEY always mess up something. I do not recommend this place at all. AND THEY DONT WEAR MASKS DURING A PANDEMIC? This is disgusting.
Literally probably won’t go back to this location because I ordered a caramel hot latte today and they literally just gave me steamed milk with caramel… so that’s done. They can never make proper drinks.
Go here very often and the workers here are very polite and get your order very quick. Other dunkin locations aren’t as kind as this one and is the main reason I only go to this location.

I use to go to this specific Dunkin everyday.. until they hired all the new people that seem to get my simple order messed up EVERYTIME I go. They either forget something, make it wrong, or completely forget to add it to my order. No longer will this place have my business that’s for sure.
