Stopped in this morning like I do six times a week to get my regular extra large 3 sugar and 8 cream 2 donuts and two chocolate milk. No chocolate milk today ( no big deal) I got to work and discovered my coffee was 1 Carmel swirl and 2 sugar. ? I went back this afternoon ( I really need my Dunkin). I let my clerk know about the mistake and was told that will be $6.42. Again got back to work to discover that there was barely any cream at all. I am not sure how many Dunkin I pass each morning between villa park and Carol stream but I sure will find another.
This Dunkin runs out of donuts faster than any other location. It’s super frustrating when you try to order numerous different flavors and they are always out. Why even bother selling the donuts?
Would be nice to not have a mouthful of dry matcha.
They're always messing up my order. I don't think their speaker system is up to date because it seems like they cannot understand what I order. During one visit, I ordered a matcha latte and got a frozen coffee. Do not keep your window open longer than you need to in the summer, the drive thru has wasps that will fly into your car. I went there on "national coffee day" and placed my order in advanced so I could get the freebie and when I arrived I was told they were closed early due to short staffing, and they refused to give me a refund.
This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location. Don’t get me wrong the employees are nice (for the most part), but the service is HORRIBLE. They also seem to charge more than any other Dunkin I go to, but I chalked it up because I live near by and it’s convenient for me. However, I realized I’m willing to take a bit of trip to the Dunkin on north avenue since this one (on numerous occasions) has overcharged me. But when I stop here I’m usually on my way to work so I don’t have time to argue about the additional charges (but I should), especially since at times they don’t give you your receipt so you have no clue what you got charged for. They also never, ever get my order right. And 90% of the time I get more creamer and or milk than the actual coffee. The lines in the morning are a good, 10-15 min wait which is ridiculous! Also I decided to go there one evening because I needed to refuel, there was a young guy that worked that evening shift; he took my order, walked outside and chatted with a girl for 5 mins who did not work there! At this point I’m at the drive through window, waiting for my coffee, but he doesn’t care because he’s getting paid to chit chat on the clock. Anywho, they then proceed to come into Dunkin, and continue to talk. He looks at me, we make eye contact and then continues to talk to the girl. I spent a good 10 mins waiting for NOTHING. So, I drove off, and went to North Ave. No offense, but if I was the owner of that franchise I would pay a little more attention to what is going on in order try to figure out what’s working and what’s not. It’s not all about having an employee cover a particular shift if they are not going to make you money. It doesn’t hurt to come up with solutions to better manage and make customers happy.
Very fast service. Very efficient send friendly.
Poor management on Saturdays, the wait was over 10 minutes for service and only one person ahead in line. The front end team never made an effort to help the cashier with a long order or to help other waiting customers this minimizing wait time for all. They were only focused on drive thru and then had to wait for their team to fill my inside order. Very disappointed.
I love everything about the place and all the employees as well as the service
They were very friendly..but they struck out on this order. I ordered 1 sandwich, 1 order of hashbrowns and a medium hot coffee with mocha and sugar (I'm lactose intolerant )First they hand we a straw, no biggie I'm fine with iced, even though I ordered hot. I get billed for two orders of hashbrowns ok cool, I'll just feed my face more hashbrowns. Before I took a sip, I look at the label ( you know, so I don't drink stuff with lactose) and the label says "cream and mocha "..ok that's going in the trash. As a bonus though, I did receive the paper from the sausage IN my sandwich...
Ordered iced coffee, which was fine, the service was another matter. There was neither a greeting nor farewell, which is customer service 101. I recognize that Dunkin isn't a five star restaurant, but the apathy I experienced was so off putting.
