Giving this review a 4 because the food was ok HOWEVER. . .waited in the drive thru and the line was not moving (it was 100 degrees out and gas ain't cheap to keep the car running) so I went inside thinking it would be quicker. ?? Ordered and stood there for almost 20 minutes while watching online orders and drive thru orders go out b4 I asked how much longer it would be. They had part of the order packed, threw the rest in the bag and I took my semi warm food home!

I went to this location a few nights ago about 45 minutes prior to close.After ordering and waiting a few minutes, I was notified the grill was broken/off and would be fixed tomorrow but will not operate for the night.The staff was extremely apologetic, offered a refund AND replacement items for the burgers that they couldn't make, plus they topped it off with a meal coupon.With only minutes prior to close and a line full of people the employees here handled the situation FLAWLESSLY. The genuine concern, generous apology, and strong work ethic so close to the end of a shift will keep me coming back.Well done. I highly recommend this location.
Been going here a lot recently. A notch better than the more common burger places out there, tastes more like real food. Great options like fried fish, chili, roast beef sandwich, and epic cheese curds. Great customization options and haven't had a wrong order in last dozen or so I've placed. Fast, friendly staff, too.
