EXCELLENT Chicago style pizza!! This was our 1st time visiting Chicago and we had to have their famous pizza. The pizza was hot, ingredients were fresh, and it had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The dough was cooked perfectly. We ordered online and it was ready at the exact time we said we would pick it up.We chose this place based off google reviews and so glad we did! We ordered a large pepperoni deep dish and a medium classic. Was more than enough to feed our family of 6. We had half of the large leftover.Will definitely be back!! I highly recommend!! Favorite deep dish pizza in Chicago. My family has been going for years and we will definitely continue for years to come. The butter crust and sauce are particularly good in my opinion. This location has always gotten our order right, and staff is always quick and friendly.
Wings were good, but deep dish pizza was undercooked. Crust was fine on the outside, but dough was raw and squishy under the toppings.
We love their Malnati salad and The Lou pizza. Very impressed with customer service today. Driver forgot the salad dressing, he was very apologetic. The manager Tyler immediately drove the salad dressing to our place, along with a whole bottle of their Sweet Vinaigrette! Mistakes can happen everywhere, so nice when a place makes it right!
Curbside pickup was quoted at 7p. I parked in front at 6:55. For twenty minutes the curbside employees assisted about 20 cars, most of which arrived after me. At 7:15, I decided to just go in and ask. My food was in my hand as soon as I gave my name, so I know it was probably sitting for a bit. All the other cars were there for a couple minutes max.
Curbside pickup was great. As soon as I parked, an employee came out to ask me my name. She brought me my order quickly and the food is always on point.
Normally, no complaints. But, today, I feel like we got shorted some sausage on our deep dish out of the box. Usually, it's crust to crust. Is this the new normal now? 3 stars overall. 5 stars on service , 1 star on product.
The manager tonight (Diana, I believe) has single handedly wrapped up my 2021 in a beautiful bow. Thank you for turning my night around! And, it's Lou's, of course the pizza is delicious!Is delicious!
Website for this store offers you cans of soda.I ordered 6 cans of coke.I did not receive the coke (nor was I charged for it).I call the store to let them know that their website is broken and they tell me that they don't even sell cans of coke.This should be a crime. They are offering products they don't carry. Perhaps I would have ordered from somewhere that does?The world is just filled with scammers.
Great pizza but terrible service, they can't answer the phone and the app does not allow for any special instructions... The store says place the order and call in for the instructions but was sitting on the phone for 10 min. Before someone rude answered. If you can't answer the phone fix the app!
