I ordered the taco meal. Rice was undercooked and super salty. Beans not seasoned at all. I tried the steak, ground beef, and chicken in my tacos and unfortunately the taste of everything was overwhelmed by heaping scoops of sour cream. I guess I should have ordered the sour cream on the side because I basically got 3 sour cream tacos with meat. It was impossible to enjoy the food and I ended up throwing it away.
This is a decent "fast food" taco place. Much better than a Taco Bell, but not the full taco place. I enjoyed the taco bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of chicken I got! It was a good piece of chicken breast as well, not gritty or fatty. The other ingredients were fresh. The place is rather small to sit down at, and that is my only issue. The facility is really clean, and this location had a lot of TVs to view from.
Our group placed a large take-out order at the Carol Stream location, everything ready at pickup time and order was perfect. My grilled chicken torta was one of the best I've had in quite some time. Sauces a bit too mild for our taste but overall great eating.
Amazing food/unfriendly workers. On more then one occasion I have picked up food here and the girls who take orders and money at the drive through window are very rude and act like they really do not want to be there. It’s unfortunate that I have to go through this every time i pick up there because I really like their food. Wish management could hire some decentpeople who are nice to customers.
The food is good but the workers at this location have messed my order up 3 times in a row now. Id recommend the Lombard location over this one.
I have a dairy allergy. My receipt clearly states “dairy allergy.” Got home. Cheese on my burrito. This place needs to be more careful with people’s health.
My favorite Mexican food. It’s pricey though. Almost12 dollars for three tacos
I used to go to the Glendale Heights Burrito Parrilla all the time pre-covid. Then we had a terrible meal (post covid) and haven't been back since. The quality was gone. On 10/24/2021 my wife and I decided to give the Burrito Parrilla in Carol Stream a shot. She ordered the Steak Two Taco Plate and I, a Steak Burrito with sour cream. The meat was overcooked and flavorless. It was not hot, not even warm. The rice was tasteless, the black beans seemed like something out of a can. All of this for the price of $26.00. I understand prices went up everywhere, but the quality of the food was not worth it. This was a drive thru order, 5-7 mins from our home. Decided not to go back in a driving rainstorm and complain. Burrito Parrilla used to have such great food, its sad and unfortunate the quality and taste is no longer there. I'll stick with El Burrito Fantastico in Roselle or Taco Maya in Bloomingdale.

Totally addicted to this place. Good, clean food--open late, drive thru. My friend is a vegan and she was thrilled when i brought her here because of how delicious everything was, and she doesnt have a lot of vegan food restaurants.
