This is the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. The lighting is awful the TVs are outdated and white and black the food is completely awful and the service is the worst service that I’ve ever had. I waited over 30 minutes for a water and 40 minutes for a beer. You can clearly tell that every dish is cooked using a microwave and you’d be lucky to leave without getting sick. They are out of every beer here too so if you’re a fan of bud light and waiting an hour for a beer this is the place for you. They also left dishes at our table for over an hour.
The experience is only ever as good as the service. Saturday after noon, two other tables in the entire restaurant with people at them and my server isn't even their server. Entire staff is standing in the area where they put the orders into the computer. Manager sitting at the bar talking to the bar tender. I have been attempting to get my servers attention for 15 minutes so I could have even a hope of a refill on my drink. Used to come here often but if this is how staff is now, I'm out.
Server barely got our order to the table. Only stopped by to ask how things were when we flagged down other servers. Good or average at best. Not wonder it’s not crowded on a Saturday night. And what restaurant doesn’t have butter for bread?? Makes we not want to go to any of their chain locations.
Terrible service. Had only 2 drinks from start to finish. Had no other napkins to wipe with. Had to ask for ketchup when i ordered a burger and to make things worse they tried to charged me for FREE fries. One and done. WILL NEVER GO BACK
Food great. Customer service great. Parking and pricing great. Only thing I wish for is a variety of music genre played but oh well. Everything thing else was great
I really do not like writing bad reviews. However, I feel like this should be heard in hopes of either get better staff or retrain them. Today a friend and I walked in for lunch, no one greeted us so my friend and I sat ourselves and waited for someone to come take our order. No one came. I saw employees playing on their phones. Eventually a waitress walked by our table but made no eye contact or anything and just kept walking. We ended up just leaving after about 10-15 min. I used to love coming here awhile back but it seems the establishment is not the same.
Going to Bulldogs back in the day was fun and the food was good. Basic dishes, but they overall were good. After Covid, the restaurant is .ore on the mediocre side. The ceiling tiles, I noticed, were water stained, and the booths we were in at the time were a bit unclean. The food wasn't the best (I had one of their wraps, I want to say it was a southwest wrap). There wasn't much taste to the wrap. I'd probably try something else. The 2 other people I was with said they enjoyed their meal (a pizza and the dish dish). Maybe it was the choice in meals. The pretzels were good, nice and warm when they came out, and the dessert was nice as well. I did notice the staff seemed to either be over worked or they just didn't want to be there. This wasn't a busy night, either.
The last 2 times I've been to bulldogs my order has been completely wrong. This evening my daughter and I ventured in do to Tuesday kids eat free. The sole reason we went there. Not only was my food completely wrong, but then management would not comp my daughters meal for kids eat free night. I was told they could not comp her meal because my meal had been taken off the ticket. The manager, Dani, was a complete jerk about the situation. Basically saying it's my fault for not wanting to wait for another meal to be cooked. Anyone with a 4yr old knows that's not an option at a restaurant. Then Dani decided to throw his weight around saying he's the manager of operations. Great... nobody cares who you are. I hope losing customers was worth the $6 comp. I will never be back and will definitely tell others about this experience. Go to manager training Dani.
Stopped for a beer. Bar staff was busy doing other things, so service was slow.
Great experience the serving staff are personable and charismatic they make you feel like youre drinking and eating at a friends house!
