Food was delicious but the atmosphere and employee at the counter left a bad taste. The whole time I was there I felt like they wanted me to leave and once my food was ready he just bagged it up and gave it to me like I ordered it to go even though I didn't, also the gangster rap playing inside was very loud and unappealing to people with taste.
Food was great and the Lemonade was the best lemonade I've ever had.
Catfish fillets were very thin and the skin needed to be removed. The “fish nuggets” were better. The perch was good. A dash of hot sauce made everything tasty. Fries needed a few more seconds in the fryer.
Cheeseburger was similar to culvers. Had veggies as well as meat and bread, not just a bunch if bread. I enjoyed the seasoning for the fries, lemon salt I think. Then the Strawberry lemonade slushi was sweet just how I like it.
Everything I just ate was so SATISFYING. Chef’s kiss ? . The chicken wings, the fries and the cheesesteak. YUMMMYUMM. Even the mild sauce was some of the best mild sauce I’ve ever had on the south side. No lie. I just had babas for lunch yesterday and today and still want to go back and see what else they talking bout.
The food here is normally excellent! However on yesterday, Saturday, March 26 it was absolutely disgusting! My fries were not done and very soggy. The chicken looked old, and was terrible! The fish was not done at all. The fried okra had no seasoning! I am extremely disappointed!
We tried Babas last night. Even w a BOGO coupon the skimpy Gyros were not worth the money. The taziki sauce was essentially just sour cream And I have much better tasting French food fries sitting in my freezer now. It’s pretty sad when the best part of a gyro and fries is the slice of tomato that came with it
My #1 go to spot especially after work best catfish dinners I've had in years, dinner rolls are to die for and don't let me start on the gyros ? don't forget the rainbow lemonade! I really appreciate the management and the staff for putting in all the hard work definitely worth the money and will always be back for more
Feels good to have city food 5 minutes from me! Wings w/lemon pepper was the bomb. It taste better than sharks. They fully open in 3 weeks and you can order through drive thru.
It's giving city vibes when I came here. The guy with the glasses was cool, the food was delicious, and it was fast plus hot. I stay about 15mins away and my food was still hot when I got home! I definitely will be back on my next cheat day❤
