Got to this location at 8:45 PM on a Tuesday. Hours say they are open until 10 PM.The lady at the drive-thru said they were out of food.Not sure if this is some part of some terrifying national shortage or the manager is mismanaging the store's inventory, but either way, there is no reason for me to waste my time or gas driving to this location.
I had never eaten Arby’s. I had for the first and last time, it was pretty bad
I am always in search of a really good fish sandwich takeout. Today was the first time I tried the crispy fish sandwich at Arby’s and I must say it was delicious! Just the right amount of thin crispy coating. I don’t know what type of fish they use but it was flaky, a good thickness, no fishy or oily taste. Bun was good quality, just the right amount of crispy shredded lettuce, and really good tartar sauce and the perfect amount.Please keep this exactly as it is on your menu!Another plus was they were on a special price today, 2 for $6.00 can’t beat that!

They should update their times. We’ve tried this place three times now at 8 and they always say they’re closed.Schedule online says they close at 10, so I’m not sure if it’s wrong or the people there are too lazy? Anyway, not coming here to waste my time just for someone to tell me they’re actually closed.
Twice in as many weeks, we’ve found the store closed when it was meant to be open. Once was via door dash (the driver arrived to find the store closed and refunded our order), and just tonight - my wife arrived at 8:30 and the store was closed. Door said closing time was 9pm, web says 11pm. I understand that covid plays havoc with scheduling, especially if your staff get sick, but no signage said that store was closed due to covid or anything, just closed. If you are closed due to staffing issues, at least put a sign up so that people have some idea instead of just letting us assume you closed early.
12.14.21 Went through drive through and was notified the "POS system" was down unable to take any orders, the supervisor had to come in to fix this & the wait time would be "a while."12.15.21 went through the drive through and requested 3 Reuben sandwiches on onion roll, was immediately interrupted with a response of, "ummmmmm I don't think we can do that!" Informed the individual it was done before. The individual replied, "well I don't know, but we can try" Excuse me, try to change a breading on a sandwich that's not pre made.........How do you try????? Is it that complicated????The individual sounded like a clueless airhead teenager without any accountability or history working in customer service. Clearly there wasn't a manager working on site either. It appears in the evenings this occurs. Hire people with integrity to represent the face of your company. I'm paying my money, I don't have to come here there are multiple fast food & family owned restaurants with in a minute or less of this place to choose from. I didn't even trust them making my order after that and drove off. Not going back a third time. There used to be an older group of people working here who delivered excellent customer service about 3 years ago. Outrageously distasteful!
The food is always fresh & tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful.
Great staff at this location! Forgot my debit card once, and when I came back they had it in an envelope, dated and time marked for when I came back. Solid.
Fresh food and very professional staff!!! Seemed a bit short handed, but they worked together as a team very well to get through the lunch rush!!!
