I am very disappointed with my Wendy’s experience, the food was good, but the service was terrible, when you pay for a large fry and upgrade but there’s still the same amount that is in a small and a large fry, really isn’t worth the money especially when the workers don’t fill up your fries all the way, the burgers are called, and the one bun was stale for over baked, I wish this could have been a better experience but it was not.
Service was slow and and at time of my visit they only excepted cash witch was an inconvenience and the size of the sandwich was so small I got the double cheeseburger but at least it tasted good
Their drive thru is designed in a way that you are trapped once you enter the line. So the card reader is down and you don't have cash, you are SOL.You have to wait through the stagnant line for nothing
No fries. No frosty. Still charged for them. Items they had were served incorrect. Order crispy chicken, got an old grilled chicken..... dried out and hard. Orange soda tastes bad. Very dissatisfied
Low staff, like everywhere else, didnt slow this place down. Still got my food in a decent amount of time, friendly staff, and it sooo good! Will be back again ?
How are they gonna mess up your order and then don't answer when u call?? It's a cell number? Lesson learned to check the order before I drive off.. hard lesson learned.. POOR MANAGEMENT

Fries were neither hot or crispy. What's the time limit? I was eating wiring 5 minutes of receiving my food
First, my intention was not to leave a 4 Star review. It should be a 1 Star review.I ordered a Spicy Chicken Combo with only Cheese, pickles,lettuce only, NO SALT Fries.I received my order to dine in.I received a Spicey Chicken with Onion added, Salted cold fries. When I smelled the onion that I dont EAT,I took it back to counter.Manager was told by a nice cashier that my sandwich had Onion on it that didn't want on there.He smirked and took my sandwich and I was looking at him when he just took the big pieces of Inion off and gave me my Sandwich back with the smell of Onion on it.It was handed back to me within 10 seconds.He didnt consider that I may have been allergic to Onions and my fries DID have Salt on them. It would've been considerate if customers ask for NO SALT they receive just what they order ed. No wiping of the Fries scoop to remove Salt on scoop. THEN MORE IMPORTANTLY I HAD TO WAIT 10 MIN.FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE WAS AT COUNTER.And several mobile order customers were waiting before me was waiting.
I really wanted to write off this restaurant’s issues to understaffing. But I’ve gone there 6+ times this month hoping it gets better. The day team? Seem to be great and work well. Go past 8 pm and it’s awful. One night every member of the staff, manager included, were smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Sat at the speaker for a good 10 minutes before someone noticed, laughed and ran inside to handle it. Hope it changes soon.
