Having extreme difficulty understanding how the demand for $15/hr is even being considered. You call your customers liars, get orders wrong, are very disrespectful (especially management), don't offer utensils to eat with, pack orders unacceptably and offer no apology. If you want to have a successful business, the customer always comes first. Our business with you pays your wages and very unhappy customers are highly unlikely to return. We all know times are tough but it takes little effort to apologize for small mistakes, correct them in a timely manner, provide a fork to eat with and show workers how to properly pack food.
The manager was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever met.I was spoken to with little to no respect I’m the drive through and when I was trying to resolve an issue she continued to take orders and pay little attention to what I was saying, then has and employee take over the conversation while she went back to working drive through.
I got the deluxe box. It's great and you can't go wrong with it. I would not recommend reheating anything. I tried to add a little more warmth and it ruined my chalupa entirely.
I don’t remember her name but I do believe it was Becky, she gave me my food tonight. Anyway, she’s absolutely fantastic and deserves a raise Bc I wanna come back just to see her. <3
It's taco Bell if you love it your soulmates and if ya hate it it's the devil. I personally love taco Bell and the beautiful young lady who looked and spoke like a Disney princess
Terrible. Took my order at the drive thru , took my card and told me to physically go inside bc they didn't have it. Didn't expect that kind of treatment and I've been coming there for my potato tacos for years.
Horrible. Slow service rude staff. Orders are rarely correct. And always seem to be out of Baja Blast
Typically good service, but the last week they've gotten my order wrong every time I've gone. 2 Visits in a row I've paid for food I didn't receive. ($12 worth of food missing last trip, and $6 worth of food missing this trip)Check your food before you leave.
They were out of 3 different drinks that I ordered & my cinnamon twists had hard places in them?
Very good. The cook was working extremely hard to keep up. I really appreciate his work ethic. Consistency is always good at this location. Keep it up.
