Sophia was great! My boyfriend wanted something they were out of but Sophia was very quick witted and offered a wonderful substitute that we wouldn't have came up with on our own. Green tea Frappuccino with with coconut milk and dragonfruit! We loved it! Our new go-to :) thank you sophia
Everyone is super nice, and sweet. Im in there every morning picking up my coffee..lol. This is my favorite starbucks, I think they do awesome and have amazing customer service.
I went inside to get caught up on my paper work, and enjoy my coffee. The shop was nice and clean, and the wash rooms were clean as well.
Always seems to be out of nearly everything. The last couple of times, I've ended up just telling the staff to pick for me because I was tired of picking and them saying they were missing something it takes. Nice staff though!

Happy to see a new location pop up in Carbondale after so long and it's always busy but it takes almost no time to get through the line inside or drive thru. Friendly staff that are always serving coffee with a smile.
Extremely quick drive through even when backed up to the road.The staff is courteous and polite even at 5:00 AM.
Needed some coffee for a pick me up as well as getting my pup her pup cup! Love coming here the staff are very friendly and always happy to give a drink recommendation!
