Awful establishment. 50% of the time they’re out of almost every item on the menu and the other 50% of the time they screw up your order. This will be my last time going to this location. Usually can never get an employee on the phone to help resolve an issue and if you do they do little to nothing to correct their mistakes or make it up to the customer. Would recommend China Wok instead.
Very bad service, I ordered something for almost $20 and got the $8 bowl and nobody would do anything about it. Employee hung up the phone on me instead of getting my order fixed.
lately the teriyaki chicken has been really fatty. You also never know if they will be out of items on the menu. the only positive is you can get through there quickly on lunch. It's always a clutch if I have only 5 min to spare.
They have changed their containers. Alot less in the Styrofoam now. I would've rather they raised the price then just give less. Lame.
I might have a higher opinion of them, if I could get a simple phone call through.
How can I eat my lunch with no eating utensils!? I'm nervous about going and and wasting time on my lunch for them to tell me they have no forks to eat my lunch. It's ridiculous.
Always great food but tired of the bad service. Also went today at 11 (they open at 10:30). No one would respond in the drive thru, doors were closed and I called with no answer.
The lady taking our order was sooo rude and disrespectful! I will never go to this location EVER again.
Lobby closed. Have to use drive through and wait in line just to find out they have limited inventory and out of pretty much majority of menu. Should have a sign about this earlier. What a joke!
I understand times are hard but if you run out of items put it on the sign to let people know ahead of time
