Ordered 2 sandwiches only and they didnt give ua one of them. NOT BUSY AND STILL SCREWED IT UP.
They are struggling in the evenings. They had 7 cars pulled nobody in the drive thru but asked me too pull forward into the middle of the parking lot and wait for a spot to open and just pull in when someone leaves. I ask why they where pulling people and they said " To help keep our times down. It took 12 minutes to get my food. They handed my food to the car next to me and the guy stopped her and she then brought it to me. The food was wrong as well. That's all I need to say. When I called and spoke with Daytona she stated" I have been with Mc Donald's a long time and it's our policy to pull cars while your order is being prepared. Yes it is to keep numbers down but that is not your issue that's ours to deal with." I am just amazed.
I love the service I get at this location. The employees are nice, polite, and I always get my food in a timely manner when going through the drive thru. The food is always hot, fresh, and good. Thank you to all the employees for kindness and service. Great job!

Service was great, the place was clean and the lines weren't too long. Overall a great experience with friends. They even gave me a free mcflurry because they had an extra. 10/10! (I don't know who gave me the mcflurry but I think it was the manager!) Quick tasty food. I had some mcnuggets and they tasted awesome!!!! Staff were all friendly and nice, and I would rate this restaurant 6 stars! Would recommend!This is the best McDonald's in Carbondale.
Great food and great experience for my birthday with my friends and family.
After shopping, a quick trip to get a quick dinner. Drive thru had a long line that moved quickly. Ordering and paying was accurate. Our order was delivered and we were on our way. It was just what we wanted after a hectic pre-holiday evening. Great!
Ordered on the app and only waited about 8 minutes for my large order, everything was hot and fresh and in the bag, and they made sure there was plenty of napkins in the bags as well.
