Excellent quality and large portions. Not the cheapest place in town, but worth the expense.The side of fruit was small. The famous sweet tea is meh.But good, filling, and fast gets 5⭐ almost every time.
I've been to McAlister in TN and KY and they were always great. I've been to this location 4 times since moving to the area and it's awful and gets worse with each visit. I would get the Memphian and all of the meat and cheese has slid off the bread and hardened before I get the sandwich. The dressings are never right and my food is always old. Today I dared to order from them again since my wife loves the food here but I should've went to Wendy's instead. I ordered a full Italian and I got 1/2 a sandwich for $12, I wanted spring mix and all dressings, but there was only meat, cheese and smothered in mustard. No mayo, olive oil or vinaigrette or veggies. 2 solid months of disappointing visits and over $75 spent on terrible food. If you really want McAlister gp to another location, this one is an embarrassment to the brand.
Within the last five months I have ordered, and been charged, for a four cheese melt a total of eight times and each time it has been wrong. Each time I have received a kids cheese toastie, as you can see in the photos that sandwich is significantly cheaper. I’ve called each and every time and the same excuses are given “We have new people” or “ We are training new people in the kitchen”. It’s been months that I’ve heard these excuse, it’s unacceptable. I have not been back since and have zero intentions of returning.
Salad and sandwich oders are routinely wrong. Staff taking orders and staff making orders do not seem to have an understanding of the items on the menu. When the order mistake is brought to the supervisor/lead, the go-to excuse is always the same, "we have alot of new people." We are tired of having the same poor and frustrating experience each and every time. We will no longer do business with this location.
Very clean, customer service was great and friendly, food was fresh and good tasty!
I ordered the half sandwich & half salad. It was really good. Food did not take long. The place was clean & the staff was good as well.
Well they haven't had the Turkey Cobb sandwich for a while so I've had to switch to the Blt+A which I love just as much. Always friendly service especially when Angelique is in the window. Loved the crunchy potato soup too.
This location is very poorly managed. We witnessed the front cashier working her butt off and the drive thru cashier doing nothing. The front cashier had to help the drive thru cashier get chips out of the bottom cabinet and NO ONE ever offered to come help the front cashier (manager or other employees). I clearly heard the gentleman in the cooking (one with the teal shirt on) area complaining about the front cashier. Apparently the front cashier quit too, she was super nice. My plate looked like it hadn't been washed (glad my food was on a piece of paper) Until you all get your crap together and train employees to work as a TEAM, we won't be back!!!!
I love McAlister’s, but for whatever reason, they just cannot get this one little detail right. NO pickle means NO pickle. Three times in a row, this happened. Two weeks ago, I called the Manager and asked if this could be addressed. He assured me it would not happen again. Today’s order…
Great food, but you might as well bring a book to read if you're going through the drive though, super slow.
