Food not great but very good. Service fantastic. Simple no frills place for a good meal. Understandable that they've been around forever. Always consistent.
Mary Lou’s is a true gem. Delicious biscuits and gravy with every order. Staff is kind friendly and funny. Felt like family. Tasted like moms cooking.

Food was soooo good! Their biscuits and gravy are very good, best I've had in years. I ordered an omelet with bacon and they come with the biscuits and gravy, hash browns, and toast. All the food was top notch but the BnG are what really did it for me. Everyone I talk to there was very friendly as well just like most of the other reviews say! Can't wait till I'm in the area again so I can try other things on the menu
This place is a staple in Carbondale. The staff is friendly and make you feel like part of their family. My experiences here are always great. Make sure you try the biscuits and gravy!

This place was awesome, the waiters we're always there. I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup, food was good ol home cooking. Will be back.
