Last couple times I've ordered it has taken 2 hrs and then some to get my food delivered. I live 3 minutes away from the store. There is no excuse. You only got one driver. Okay then the manager or assistant manager needs to go out delivering too. I've done it plenty of times when I worked in delivery.
In 5 years they have never gotten an order to me in under 30 min, corporate requires a 10min turn around. This is assuming they even delivered it to the right place.They would do well to drug test their employees
Took over an hour for delivery to arrive ridiculous..Update 12/12/2021.. I give them another chance and never recieved my order. They said they couldn't look up the order with my name and address than said it was delivered and I never recieved anything. No Apologies nothing they said it would take an hour to recieve another order. At this point I wouldn't trust that they wouldnt spit in my food.
Great place just need to turn down music, so you can hear them when they get your sandwiches done!
I'd love to leave less stars, over 2 hours to deliver food and when I called to ask about it all I got was they delivery guy was busy. I asked how much longer as I'd watched my coworkers eat the Jimmy John's they ordered ten minutes before I did and return to work. I was offered money money back, rudely, then told he'd call the driver and cancel my delivery. Then I got a call from the poor overwhelmed delivery guy that my food was delivered, and half of it was... And we got a bunch of stuff we didn't order. I can say the excuse was they were catering a swim meet. And I get they are shorthanded, as we all are, lately. All I wanted was an acknowledgment of the problem and maybe something for my delay, but they person was rude and hung up on me. My husband's lettuce was covered in rust, too. Not thrilled.
Absolutely the rudest people on the face of the earth. Trenton (the store manager) uses profanity towards the customers and employees. I'm not sure why he is even their he isn't customer oriented nor professional in my opinion. The wait for a sandwich to be delivered is over an hour at that point it should be free. Please if you value customer service go to subway or just make your own subs. Buy the ingredients from kroger or Wal-Mart. The food you make will be a lot better than dealing with this place.
Jimmy John's is always fast bit. Old bread and sandwiches with meat stuck on outside of bread at bottom is really sloppy serving. You dont order turkey sandwiches and have roast beef stuck in little chunk on bottom of sandwiches. Nit one but all 3 sandwiches.
Food is good service is ok now but waited on 1 sandwich for 30 minuets before calling and finding out there system did not even send in my order. But that was before. Much better now.
This is not the first time I’ve gotten old lettuce on my sandwich, but it will be the last. This can make people sick. Please stop serving old lettuce.
